They have a decent collection of sneakers but it is hard to find quality men’s wear and they are pricy too. The clearance sales are on most of the time

Customer service, well there was none. Me and my nephew stood at the shoe department and waited till the work was done with another customer. When she was done with him she walked away and went talked and danced with her co-worker. We waited a few more minutes to be helped but apparently dancing is more important than helping paying customer. So we walked out and as we were walking out we noticed her going back to help the same customer. I'm 65' so she can say she didn't see me."

DO NOT USE THE DOORDASH. Its just a cash grab. They have no idea how to do it efficiently and won’t issue a refund either so your stuck until *they* decide to deliver your products. I mean the store was fine but the online and DoorDash was just so not impressive. It’s 2022. Like get it together. Such a weird experience. Oh and one of my items wasn’t in stock, I did get a refund but I don’t get it for like 5 business days?No issues taking money but returning it is such a chore?Awful.

The employees are willing to help customers and one another at a fast pace, And jovially. The store is large and has an incredible amount of variety in stock. Nee amd clearance items. .. only a couple items weren't available this visit (brake stand for back of inline skate [they did have brake pads in] and a nut and bolt to hold a wheel on.) They have a service shop. I picked up an 8 wheel capix 80a 76mm replacement wheel kit" for my rollerblades. I was allowed to stay and do some searches on the internet to make sure I was getting the right wheel. Employees were eager to learn with me for future customers."

Always a bunch of clearance deals if you don’t wanna spend too much for nice quality clothing. Some of the regular priced merchandise gets up there, and the shoe selection isn’t the greatest. However, the staff is always there to help if you need and usually ready to do what they can to help you out
