My family and I couldn't be happier with this team. We got a kitchen overhaul, for an affordable, very competitive price. But, more importantly, the custom cabinetry part is spectacular. If you're looking for people with a pin-point attention to detail, this is the company. It's been 3 months since we got our new kitchen cabinets, countertops and my mother still comments on how much she loves them. From start to finish, Truwood was excellent to work with through the entire process of our renovation. Both Kamal and Luc are responsive and very kind to work with. We had a lot of back and forth on designs and layouts through the process which Truwood always openly worked with us on to get our job done the way we had it envisioned. When it came to the installation and build quality everything is top notch. The installers are friendly and respectful of your home from protecting floors with drop cloths, cleaning up after the days work. The installers work at the right pace to ensure the job is done on schedule but do not rush to get the job done with poor quality. All the doors for cabinetry are lined up correctly and the colours and finishes are exactly what we had in mind. From a cost perspective Truwood was very competitive for the scope of our project. Overall a pleasure to work with and someone I would call again for any future home renovations.

Great company to work with! Exceptional pricing, and installation so flawlessly done. They were very professional and polite. Luc is always there to get back to your queries. Every nook & Corner of my kitchen has been used and my kitchen gives a WOW effect.To work in the Covid-19 situations is not easy but these guys were on the top of everything and were sorting out the problem in a very professional manner. Highly recommend to anyone!

I personally would not recommend this company to anyone due to the lack of communication. To start Luc put us a week behind schedule even though he told us when we had to have the rest of our renovation finished. First when installing Luc told his installers the wrong way how to put the island even though we specifically told him how we wanted it. After i saw that it was installed wrong i tried to call Luc a couple of times and sent an email, as soon as he saw the email he called his installers to talk to them not even to communicate with me. You would call them to get an update and they would just screen your calls and call back when they came up with a lie to tell you. When they would answer the call you can here Luc in the background and Kamal would lie and say that he’s out of town. They mess up the paint colour that they have ON RECORD and they come to install the wrong colour and then take 1-2 weeks to get the right colour because they only have one person that does the colours for the cabinets supposedly. Then you wait 2-3 more weeks for them to come and install them again. Started this project June 27th and it’s August 10th and we’re still waiting for the cabinets to be replaced. After Luc gets his money he doesn’t care if his jobs get done or not So overall the kitchen is a kitchen but if i were to do this all over i’d definitely pick a different company.

We remodeled our kitchen and we are very happy with the results. Luc, Elvin , Arsh, Manroop was great! Whole team was very professional, courteous, accommodating and just a friendly bunch! We honestly enjoyed having them around. I highly recommend Truwood Kitchen & Cabinetry for helping us choosing the finishes , styles and to make our dream kitchen into reality , I can't tell you how pleased I am with their work and the end product .Highly recommend for their services to my neighbors, friends and near and dear!

Plans were well thought and detailed before the work began. The home remodeling contractor Elvin worked very well together. Completing the job ahead of schedule was another landmark. The entire Truwood Kitchen & Cabinetry team was wonderful - professional, prompt, quality workmanship. Luc,designed our kitchen so aesthetically appealing and at the same time fuctional too & paid close attention to every detail. He was so very helpful! . All his suggestions were right on target with what we envisioned and he was very patient while we sorted through decisions to be made. The color and the style of the doors he suggested coordinated beautifully with the new counter tops and back splash. Our kitchen looks great!Highly recommend !

TRUWOOD KITCHEN excelled in all three categories. Luc's patience, ideas and his knowledge in this field doesn't match anyone . It clearly shows while dealing with him that he has an experience of 40 years in this trade. From designing to the final measurements, choice of material to the final stage of installation he stood beside the customer with his concepts and ideas. I deal with renovations and I know the hiccups in the execution and especially during this pandemic when supplies are short .
