We needed our bathroom faucets and drain swapped for new stuff, and we called Kelly at FLOPRO. He is the only one we use. He is honest, kind, polite, dependable, concerned for his clients, reliable, quick, and clean in his work. He informed us as to what he was doing as he went about replacing the faucets etc. He and Lana go out of their way to do all they can to satisfy all that enter. The price is extremely fair to all that they stand for, no question...All great with FLOPRO...

Very dishonest! Avoid at all cost.Reply to Owner's response: Kelly, my comment is about your assessment of the situation. You said that you were sure that the leak was in the middle of house. When you poked your head behind the wall panel, you saw it is all wet. That was a total lie. The leak is not even close to where you thought it was. Everything was dry where you were looking. I believed you, but when a more experienced plumber found where the real leak was, I realized you lied. Yes, you did spent some time here to look around, but you didn't really find the source of the problem and made some terrible recommendations like taking down the wall panels etc.

I contacted Flo Pro for radon remediation in my basement. I had purchased a continuous radon monitor and was aware there was an issue. The readings had generally been in the 300-400 Bq/m3 range before the system was installed. I called two contractors for estimates; Flo Pro's price was lower than his competitor. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The installation was made in a most tradesmanlike manner to my complete satisfaction and I am quite fussy with the appearance of things in my home. Within 48 hours after starting the depressurization fan, the radon readings on the continuous monitor dropped to 20-25 Bq/m3 and have been steady for a number of days. The system works well.

Justin was very prompt and courteous. He cleaned up the work space every day he was there. Worked quietly. His work was very clean and compact. Flo Pro was very reasonable and their estimate was very comprehensive. I was very impressed with this company.

Kelly replaced my kitchen faucet with a beautiful new Touchless Delta faucet. He was professional, fixed the leak that was happening under my sink and left my kitchen area cleaner than I left it. I met with Kelly to address our issues we were having with our ensuite bathroom (undermount sink replacement and water penetration behind shower door frame. He identified most likely causes and was able to offer what his company could do and what would need to be done by 'specialists' (proper shower door re-installation as the original install done by previous homeowner was done improperly). We walked through other areas of house needing addressing and offered to deal with them (dripping backflow valve, corroded T-joint over water heater).Booking service was easy, reception was friendly and if they couldn't answer questions were eager to try and connect with any staff around to answer questions. Service was prompt and efficient. Areas worked on were cleaned up. Had minor issue with faucet seeping underneath counter (likely a faulty gasket creating an inefficient seal around faucet and countertop) but this was addressed quickly once contacted on a return visit.While replacing t-joint in basement they noted our emergency pressure valve on our hot water tank was faulty and replaced it for us for no charge since they were already 'onsite anyway'. Highly recommend using them for worry free fixing of your water/plumbing issues!
