the food is basic dairy queen food, the service is quite slow especially in drive thru, but i don’t want to be too critical because it might not be their choice. the people are nice enough though !

I asked for a poutine. Extra cheese and gravy on the side. They delivered a regular poutine. I complained. Asked them to remake it and went so far as to explain EXACTLY what I wanted for the third time. They took the poutine back. Grabbed a container and threw some gravy in it. Added extra cheese to the already wrong poutine. And then gave it to me. Silly me I assumed they understood basic instructions and went home. Only to reveal the poutine had gravy all over it. I wanted NO GRAVY on my poutine. Just on the side. I explained this 3 times.

This has to be the worst DQ location.It takes foreverrrrr, it’s dingy inside & out.The service is so slow & understaffed. Icecream machine always runs out and then you’re stuck waiting for a new batch to be made. The workers are incompetent.

The place is small. Average type place. Could use a new look for an old one. I always assume neighborhood must be sketchy if it's locked bathrooms. And for some reason the place either has a smell you can't place or the pop machine smells like root beer.

I pre-ordered a bday cake. When I went to pick it up at the arranged time, unfortunately someone else took it! I didn’t catch her name but the employee working the morning of Friday Dec 2nd promptly did up a new one for me and it turned out amazing. Thank you! She deserves recognition :)

This Dairy Queen has been going downhill for years, but walking in there today to buy my daughter a birthday cake, I was disgusted. Freezer burnt, messy, old looking cakes that have been sitting there for a month, plus they still have Christmas cakes out despite it being mid January. Will never go back for a cake and this used to be my go to ice cream cake location.

HEY Dairy Queen! Your automated response to my review is Worthless and meaningless and you are not improving, you are getting worse! Warning! Don't eat here! Go here if you want slow bad food " not good fast food. Go here if you want misty melt not misty slush. Their machines can't keep their product cold. Farting out soft serve.. change your machines. Waste of time AND my money. Thank you Wendy's! Now DQ just lost its 2nd star.... Poor customer service for sure."

I went came here to grab a meal the $9 chicken tender meal and my girlfriend got a plain brownie blizzard. So when I got my food my girlfriend said the there was just brownie crums in the blizzard and I tried its and she wasn't wrong. Then when I got home I realized that lady never gave me my drink and didn't ask me witch sauce. So I went back to get the ladys name and ask for a new blizzard. Then she said she wasn't gonna share her name and that I'd have to talk to a manager but there wasn't one there. She gave me my drink cup and because she wouldn't share her name I took a photo of her so I can prove to the manager who I was dealing with. She was gonna write me a coupon but since I wouldnt deleted the photo she said that I wouldn't get it and she wouldn't give me my sauce. Me and my girlfriend were very disappointed in our order and probably won't be going back for a while. But I'm definitely going back to to to the manager because they shouldn't treat consumers like that. And I'd hate for this to happen to someone else.

I ordered the buffalo chicken strip basket. Can't get buffalo sauce, they only serve their flame thrower sauce which is gross. Disappointed I can't get their buffalo sauce anymore. Less likely to dine at DQ anymore because if this. Tested about 5 of them in different cities, all have done away with their original buffalo sauce. Not cool.

Went in to get an ice bday cake - I wanted a pink one (there wasn't any pink ones). The staff made a pink cake with Happy Birthday on it. Thank you so much - really great job & we love the cake.
