I was really impressed with the same day response and prompt appointment to assess my home. Michael was punctual, professional, really thorough and explained the process throughout. Really impressive analytical equipment. State of the art. Michael was really down to earth and made it comfortable to ask questions. Really great experience! Would definitely call on them again. Highly recommend Epoch for any environmental hazard concerns!

Very happy with response time and professionalism. They were quick to get to site (same day I called) and I had a report in hand the next day. Also Michael Charters was very knowledgeable and helpful both during the assessment and with reviewing the report over the phone. Epoch helped me out big time, I procrastinated and didn't get my basement tested to the last minute before renovations. They came out incredibly fast, the next day in fact! Their guys were very professional and answered any questions I had. The test results came very fast, also the next day too. To have the peace of mind with your home, I trust epoch and highly recommend them.

My wife and I recently purchased a house built in the 1970s. We have a young family and plan to do renovations so we hired Epoch to perform an inspection. They were very thorough and helped detect the hazardous materials in our home. Michael was super knowledgable and professional throughout the entire process and he referred us to a company to have everything removed properly. Overall great experience.
