Came to do a return with receipt, which was combination of purchase and return without a receipt. JoAnn the assistant manager politely called me a fraud. Her politeness earned 1 star for this review.Never had any issue at this location before, just that one time was really humiliated.

Came in to do a quick return and it was such a pleasant shopping experience. I was helped by the assistant manager and I wanted to write a review to praise how polite he was, how smooth the transaction went and how peaceful it was in the store. I was just at Wal-Mart across the street and was having a mild panic attack before making my way to OshKosh. I know he likely treats all customers like this but it really helped calm my nerves down and I just left feeling great. Its been a confusing and sad time for many of us so thank you!

A nice children clothing store.Prices are in the mid range, occasional sales events drop prices to a good level. Online sales is also available, it offers bigger product selection.Very friendly , welcoming and helpful staff.
