TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Just called them about my card not working while i am in Florida and on top of not helping me besides sending me to call another random # on my card. I was treated like a problem.... well if its such a problem for me to call and inquire as a 3rd generation TD bank user just maybe they have no need for my money in there bank or my family's and we cant look elts ware for accommodating services and persons who use respect and kindness when speaking to us. This is not the first time this has happened one more strike and they will lose all our business ( and yes it is a business ) I have to pay just to have my money in there bank let alone every time i use my card its sickening.

Bring in deposits to the business counter, and have the elderly teller complain about how you have TOO many deposits, then gesture at the line and insinuate that it's your fault for causing it.Then speak to the manager about said teller, and be met with disingenuous pandering.There are far better TDs in the city, skip this one.

I have a TD visa card. The full visa balance is withdrawn monthly from my chequing account, worked that way for years. I went to this branch to change the account number so that future withdrawal will come from my savings account. I brought in a current visa statement and the Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) document with the new savings account details. The clerk couldn't find the form, so she went off to her manager" for assistance. Apparently the manager wasn't happy with my EFT document and wanted a cancelled cheque. I explained that a savings account doesn't have cheques. So she said they couldn't help me. They suggested I go back to the bank where I got the EFT form and ask them what to do. I said no

Had a great experience here opening a new account with Rochelle. Nice to see more Indigenous people in the banking institutions. I booked my appointment with Rochelle and she was incredible, glad that she was the one who helped me today. If you’re Indigenous and looking for a comfortable banking experience where you feel safe and get good service, this is the branch for you.

Should change the hours everywhere not at just front door. Google says different and door says different.

Went to this branch to make a payment. They failed to process the payment, which made my payment late. They are yet to process the payment, but won’t give me my money back either. I asked for the Branch Manager to call me and that is yet to happen. Worst banking experience of my life.

This bank has not had its ATMs at night for years now. It's very frustrating. I know people sleep in there when it's cold. You can't blame them when it's 40 below. They usually will not bother anyone. This happens in every major city ,just open them at night

I went in to see Carolynn at the Westwood branch (her name may not be spelt correctly) and she went above and beyond. I went in trying to establish better credit and we ended up getting long term savings happening and mutual funds. Needless to say I am in a better position leaving the bank and I feel I have long term goals and plans. Not expected from a bank. Thanks a lot! This isn't even my main branch (I went due to covid-19) so very surprised. Exceeded expectations!

Don't bother going to the atm here on a Sunday, parking lot is packed with people and you can't even drive through to the business. I don't know how the business allow this to happen.Update! I waited long enough, went to the bank tonight, it's a circus in that parking lot. Car accidents, people milling everywhere, car engines blasting. Nothing dealt with here, I might switch to CIBC across the road.

Have been banking with TD for 14 years, I’ve consistently had to go elsewhere for all of my lending. Finally today they decided to hold my regular pay check over the long weekend, as if I’ve committed check fraud or something? Never bank here! I called to tell them I’m planning to close my account and go elsewhere and they didn’t care, I assume because I’m not a lawyer or dentist with a padded bank account. 14 years wasted, I’m heading to the credit unions
