The staff are great and the store is well kept. Wide variety of selections including some home hardware and produce.Liquor store inside with many options, and they are open to suggestions if you don't find what you're looking for.

This is my go to store in Portugal Cove. They have more than you would expect for very reasonable prices. They also offer photocopy and fax for a fee.
