Duffy Water Treatment

We are very satisfied with our water system. We used to drink bottled water only but now I trust my water completely. The service has been first rate and we enjoy the tech who comes to service our system.

My family has invested in the Duffy Water reverse osmosis, and the platinum conditioner, so I wanted to take this moment to share how positive the experience has been!!Our laundry and so much softer and cleaner than ever before, and our showers feel luxurious! Our 2 year old grand daughter no longer needs lotion for her skin and has so many bubbles to play with in the bath now, all thanks our conditioner that removes all the hardness and allows us to use environmentally friendly soaps too!!Before treating our water, it was so difficult to get my kids to drink their 8 glasses per day. Now that we have pure water to drink, and there is no chlorine taste, it is so easy to keep the kids and our family hydrated properly, and my wife and I enjoy our morning coffee so much more with our excellent water quality! No more city water, and no more trips to Tim Hortons!We save so much money on our soaps and detergents, and it feels good to so frequently go to the grocery store knowing I don't need to buy more soaps and detergents! I could say more but I will stop here and say thank you Duffy Water!!

We had our system installed a year ago, the water smelt horrible and dried our skin out, we had black slime build up in the toilet. it took less than a week to completely get rid of all the issues including the black slime in the toilet tank dissolving and the water is drinkable now. Just called for service and will be here in a very timely manner. I had a few questions and the knowledgeable staff were willing and able to help. so far very satisfied

John the service representive efficently resolved a complicated issue that was caused from the previous owners of our new home. Adam the plumber was helpful and explained our new water system.
