Very rude on the phone. Didn't even really listen to what I was saying, and then said something about 1000 dollars an hour to punch a CNC machine. I said what" because he didn't even listen to a word I said."

Ordered a GSG 16 110 round drum magazine. Got it on sale for $75 + $25 Express Canada Post and received it a week later! It probably showed up earlier but we didn't check the mail.It was also only 1 of 5 available in Canada at the time, cannot do better than that!

Terribly rude customer service. Abrupt and unprofessional when enquiring about some parts, practically hung up. It was as if my call was bothersome to them. I would not recommend them for any business if this is how they conduct themselves. I could definitely tell dealing with them would be a pain if anyone was to have any issues.

Amazing service and very friendly staff. Had a new barrel installed on my rifle and had it back in a day. Workmanship is top notch too. Would definitely use dlask again.
