I ordered two boxes of potato chip for my clients, I did not get any confirmation for the order through my email. I called the owner for update the next day about my order. The owner told me the price was incorrect so he offered to refund me but instead of refunding me the full amount, he refunded a partial refund claiming that the packaging was a different size. In the end I did not get a full refund not did I receive the boxes of chips for my clients. I received a partial refund so having said that, I will be contacting my credit provider to reverse the charge and credit me the full refund. What a shady business!
