I had the pleasure of working with Rav for the closing of my house purchase. The entire process of buying and selling property can be stressful but my experience with the Chera Law Office was the complete opposite. Everything was taken care of with precision and diligence by Rav and his team. Highly knowledgable with quick response times and excellent communication skills are really what set him a part from anyone I've used in the past. This level of service was maintained even after I closed on my property. I can't convey how extremely reassuring it is to know that you have someone that will go the extra mile for you. We recently had a closing on property and the overall experience was just fantastic! Rav was available to answer all my questions all along and was very approachable. The entire process and all documents were explained to us during our meeting. The closing was very smooth and i received the key around 2 PM. Above all, very good and understanding person! We hired Ravdeep Chera as our lawyer when we sold our condo in Scarborough, and when we bought a house. Then we refinanced to a different mortgage company, and we hired him again. He communicates very clearly, is easy to get along with, pays close attention to every detail, did everything we asked, replied VERY quickly to emails (usually within a few minutes, and even as late as 9pm), and his price was very reasonable. So I see no reason not to give 5 stars!
