Best Western Plus Moose Jaw

This review is long overdue. We stayed here in December 2022 for a quick stopover. We arrived after 10 and were greeted by the nicest front receptionist Who was still there when we checked out at 6:30 in the morning.She was incredibly personable and welcoming!The hotel seemed comfortable and clean. We would definitely stop here again.

The first night we stayed here was great except for noise in the hallway by little kids running and being loud at 6:30AM, and also a ticking noise within the wall of our room due to a plumbing issue. So we moved to a different room and everything was great after that, except for when I noticed something was left in the fridge in the previous room and that item was taken by hotel cleaning staff. Spoke with two staff members about it but nobody admitted to taking it or even seeing it.Claiming to not see the item was definitely a lie as there was another item directly with the item that was stolen which was given back to us. Therefore it would be impossible not to see the second item.

Excellent stay at the end of a long day in the sun and some rain. Greeted by professional staff that were well organized, ready for our checkin and very polite. Small issue with our air conditioner being very loud and letting in water. This was mentioned at checkout and the friendly staff sent maintenance up asap to try and fix it for the next guest. Very impressed with the entire facility and staff. Thank you for a great stay.

No dogs over 40 lbs! They only want small barking dogs, Nonsense! Our quiet, friendly, Labrador is not welcomed here. Clearly the owner of this franchise is clueless about dogs and breeds.

Hotel is decent. Unfortunately the air conditioner broke down both nights and I ended up sleeping in a hot room, but on checkout I mentioned it and without batting an eye the desk made it right.The room itself was good but not amazing. Had Chromecast (thank you), tv is on the small side. Bed was passable but the pillows were horrible. Also the shower leaked something fierce, but I do like the showers in the hotel normally.Overall I'd stay again and the service in the face of a bad stay was above expectations.

I had a complaint because my room was not properly cleaned, but the desk staff took it very seriously and did attempt to make amends. I will not hold 1 lazy employee against the whole establishment. Overall I had a good sleep and the breakfast was not terrible.

Great place to stay for work or just a night. Always clean, staff are friendly and ready to offer assistance to make you comfortable and just about the best breakfast you could ask for. Great value for your money. I stay at a lot of hotels and the Best Western in Moose Jaw is always a pleasure to stay at.

Everything was so great. The breakfast was so delicious. The manager so friendly. He gave us some brownies, left overs, for our further travel. BW is the best hotel.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, pool, hot tub, laundry facilities and a nice complimentary breakfast.
