My experience at cornerstone was nothing short of amazing. Mark and the staff made sure we felt welcome and like we were old friends. Such a relaxed and comfortable no- pressure environment made our visit the best I’ve had when buying a vehicle ever!

Our experience with Cornerstone Auto was amazing. Gerald was our salesman and he was so helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help us get the financing we needed. We came in to buy one car and ended up with two because of the great service, willingness to work around our crazy schedule, and friendly atmosphere!

I bought a used vehicle from Cornerstone, I was told it was as is. Which I understood and knew it needed a few repairs. However, there were some expectations that were not really met well or fair. I asked the salesman to provide pictures of the entire underside of the vehicle as it was raining the day I test drove. They sent me pictures, but they neglected to take a picture of the missing spare tire area, all though they claim it wasn't intentional it seems very intentional to take a picture of the only area that was missing an important item. Their service department's employees are lacking common skills to be able to replace a radiator reservoir cap after topping off fluids. They did provide a new cap, a 3 dollar value, but it was the minimal thing in a list of terrible service and seemingly shady tactics. The icing on the cake is their lack of concern for the people riding in your vehicle. I bought this and they had the back seat installed in the back with no pins to hold the seat in. I drove my kids home in this and they were excited to sit in the back seat. Little did I know they were riding in a death trap. At least we made it home with no accidents, but to not give a heads up about those missing pins and just place the seat in place seems negligent and irresponsible. So here is my synopsis, if you want to buy a new vehicle, probably a decent enough dealership. For used, I would go elsewhere, or be prepared to take it to a competent mechanic for a very thorough inspection before purchase, or wear clothing you can look at every nook and cranny of the vehicle. Regardless of what the salesmen tells you, the don't actually intend to make anything right.

We had the pleasure of working with Jefferson at the Monticello location. He exceeded our expectations. We came in on a Monday and test drove a couple vehicles. We left but I gave him my information. He contacted me via email on Thursday checking in and then he found a great car for me at another Cornerstone location. He got it to the Monticello location (which was so much easier for us, I took a test drive and I KNOW Jefferson FOUND ME MY NEW CAR! Jefferson listened to what I wanted and needed in a vehicle, he remembered what I wanted and needed. He was NEVER pushy. My husband and I have walked away from salesman because they start to become aggressive salesmen. Jefferson was not this at all. He asked on Monday if I was ready to buy and there was no pressure. He said Go ahead" take your time to think. My only negative comment is that - Everyone LOVES him. I felt bad for taking time away from his other customers

We have purchased almost all of our vehicles from Terry and John at Cornerstone Auto in Elk River - cannot say enough about how great they are to work with and we have had such good vehicles over many years of going here - highly recommend!!
