Though service was quite fast, the work was lazy and sloppy. The dress was longer than measured, and the hem was frayed before I even wore it.

Ordered a belt 2 weeks ahead for a dress, emphasized that I was leaving on vacation in 2 weeks. Went back on the promised date ( after multiple tries on the phone with no answer) Denis, was not there , the belt was untouched after 2 weeks. No one was able to answer the stress. I was leaving on vacation the same day with out the belt that I had ordered 2 w in advance.Very irresponsible.

This place is not the cheapest or fastest but they are the best in Montreal for alterations. They do sleeves from the top. It's rare to have tailors who have the skills to do that and even harder to find a place that does it right. I also ordered shoulder and patches on a sport coat, sleeves and pants. I have confidence they will be perfect.

Very very nice work. Had a pair of jeans hemmed and double stitching on the sleeves of a tshirt redone. Both results looked like original factory quality.

I agreed on a certain price with the person when I dropped of my clothes and when I sent my partner to go pick them up they made him pay about 15-20$ over the agreed price. They were extremely rude, not letting anyone finish us finish our sentence. Would definitely not recommend this place unless you want to be stolen from.

They're not the closest atelier to me, but I go out of my way to have work done here; their attention to detail and the quality of their work is exceptional.

I've had three pairs of jeans altered here (needed them to be tapered). Each time I got a pair of perfect, custom-fitted jeans and the cost was only about $20 a pair.It took about a week for each pair to be done (brought them in on Saturday, got them back the following Saturday).Overall, great service, and good price. The staff are friendly and skilled.

I am very pleased with the service at Atelier Couture D. The owner and seamstresses are friendly and knowledgeable. The alterations on my formal gowns were done with great craftsmanship. Reasonably priced and in a timely fashion. I have already recommended to my friends.
