I shop at the Agassiz Shoppers Drug Mart quite often and have never had bad service. The store is always neat, clean and well organized. The management and staff are always helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable about their products and my concerns. The store is well stocked and with the Shoppers Optimum Points program you can really build up the points and save money. I think Agassiz is lucky to have this store in our town. The prices are very competitive and in some cases better than the big stores.

Never had an issue here. I need regular medications and refills. They know who I am and always treat me with respect. If I have any questions the pharmacist is always helpful. Cashiers are friendly and know if they have certain stock.

As a Home Health Nurse, I have dealt w/ this Shoppers on a weekly basis for several years. The pharmacy team regularly go above and beyond in their service to me and my clients in the community. Many times confusing situations have been sorted out by their patience and good attitude. Clients in the community have also expressed that they really like this Shoppers in particular. Keep up the good work!

I'm so glad they welcome everyone.Because before the window sticker I couldn't go into these places because of their hatred. It's amazing how many places had so much hate towards non normal people but now this sticker on the window makes it so much more safe to shop.

Overall pretty great, however the pharmacy is slow and unorganized. The staff are friendly though and selection pretty good for such a small store.

Absolutely the poorest service ever. Handed a prescription 24 hrs before wanting to pick-up. Returned to the store the next day, slightly early. The prescription was not ready. Was told they needed more time to unpack the order in the back of store. Returned 4 hours later, prescrip still not ready. Waited an additional 15 minutes to have prescript completed. My dog's Vet gives better service. The Store believes their time is more valuable then yours. SHoppers drug mart should be ashamed.
