I have worked with about 5 different law firms and this firm is by far the worst organization I have ever worked with. As soon as I paid them to start working they just stopped emailing me. I had to send them multiple emails to see if they were even doing anything. It took them over a month to give me any information and then asked for significantly more money than they originally quoted me. Save yourself time and money and do not work with this organization.

I was just served documents that this company wrote for a cease and desist order. The order was served on a person with disabilities documenting the failures of the board to adhere to laws and regulations to the rest of the complex. I will post an accurate review of how dealing with this firm is as a person with disabilities, and how they respond to people with disabilities.Thus far a fact you should know is that corporations can hire them to silence those they disagree with. Weather facts are needed in order to accomplish this is yet to be determined based on our communication.I remain neutral till the final outcome.

I had my estate planning done by Sherry at Witten. She made creating my will, personal directive, and power of attorney super easy and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. She’s super friendly and great to work with. I highly recommend her.

We were facing a baseless lawsuit and the other firm we were working with was charging us way more than we could afford and wanted us to settle for $25,000 plus pay them $15-20k. We came to Witten just over a month before our court date, and they were amazing. We felt heard, and we felt like we had a lawyer (Martin) who actually was on our side, and didn't see us as dollar signs. Martin was flexible with his time, made himself available despite my mother living in Nova Scotia and video calling in, and he was understanding that this was a huge drain on our mental health. We are still hoping your firm could help us figure out the mistake you made on our lease view. We have to pay an extra 2000 a month and 16000 per year because of the mistake you made. We have you instruction clearly stating the total rent should be (this number) per month including all management fees and tax please refer to the email I sent to you, the land lord and his lawyer. However the lease agreement turned out to be different from our instruction! We hope you firm can step in to this issue or we will seek other legal assist to help us recover our damage.About The other case I was asked by your laywer “did you send an email to let her know we are suing her” how could I know what to do? You should ask yourselves DID YOU INSTRUCT YOU CLIENT TO CONTACT the other party? NO!

I've been dealing with them also. My house was rented to my x he got the house in forecloser and he asked them not to notify me of this. So they listened! (He doesn't even own my house!) So I kicked him out after I found out months later from the bank. There was different amounts on different papers sent out. Even though he paid the bank the lawyer amount went up more and more saying he still owed. Very much ripoffs... i called them mad because they didn't inform me they said because he requested that.... If they told the OWNER of the house it would have been paid asap but they played around for 6 months. There fee was super high same as debt. Plus when I asked for all the paper work to be sent to me there was a bill of 375! This shouldn't happen if they contacted the owner!Its all bull, they put rediculous fees and his information.
