They bait and switch me on a walker. The walker is lower than expected not the same brand and the hand grips hurt my hand. I’ll be looking for another company for my next assistive device. Please contact me so I can return it. I also reported you to the BBB for changing policies and not notifying the client to pick another device that you just assume that I’ll settle for something your company chose for me instead of what the OT says I need
