They rented us a car online for us to show up with no one at the office. When we contacted them (after a few calls) they said there were no cars actually available and told us they could do nothing, and we should try calling someone else. Thank you Budget for pulling through!

ATTENTION Don’t book car from this location they book you online when you show up there is no car available and nobody taking responsibility for that i called customer service they said someone will be there shortly but after hours of wait no car its available i have to take taxi after long waitVery bad experience DONT BOOK FROM HERE

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Rented a car there for a week in September 2019. The service was quick and the staff there was great. We took a cheap option, so car was simple, but clean and ready to go right away. We had an accident during our travel in which the car was totaled. Didn't have any extended warranty with Enterprise, yet they replaced the car right away, again clean and ready to go. They treated us fairly during the accident investigation and only demanded the actual market value of the car, and credit card insurance took a care of that.

They said on phone they would stay open for my late delayed flight. They did not, I had to get cab. I wonder if they will still charge me....

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
Wanted to rent a car and on the door is said new hours are 4PM-10PM on weekend however the door was open to the office but no one was to be found. I waited 15 min and no one showed up. I even went into the airport to see if they were there and no was. They never answered their phone so i called headquarters and they said they should have been open. Like always they said nothing could be done

Site says Airport location is open from 12:30 pm - 10:30 pm but no one ever answers the phone. Pretty tough to rent a car when you can't talk to anyone.

I had an accident and couldn’t find a replacement vehicle in the whole province, any way one of the employees (CHLOE) was outstanding in getting me a replacement vehicle towed to me, great employees to work things out !
