It is a great place with a large selection of display and anything related to packing. Just make sure they have the color you want. When they have white doesn't mean they have the same item in black or any other color. I enjoy their style but when I got my product, it was ridiculous and I had a very hard time setting it up. 5 people and over 6 hours. The instructions were awful and no help from them.

I gotta say, there are some positives like selection, they have a good selection . But on the retail side of things and web sales side of things, it was rough. We ordered several thousand dollars in fixtures for our new store. Several of them were backordered. Not just for weeks, but for months (leading me to question why those items are even on the website or limited from being sold). We have 60,000 skus on our website, and if something is backordered for months, we can make it unavailable until it's in stock. It's literally the click of a button. So we wasted a lot of time trying to get several things from them, and ultimately ended up having to order them from out of province with a different company who had them. The items they did have, we were told would be delivered next business day, but weren't. So we went to the retail store to get them and I took a couple of my guys with me to help lift the heavy stuff and sent them in after the items while I stood outside waiting. The clerk was an older Caucasian gentleman, and we watched him cheerfully talk to the three other Caucasian folks in the store. When my guys were allowed in, not a smile, greeting or anything. He didn't say a word. He walked off, and another attendant came out (who was not Caucasian), who also did not say a word to my guys. It was bizarre, since they stood in the vestibule waiting to go in and seeing the guy helping the three people before us and seeming to carry on conversations with each in a cheerful manner. I watched from outside the vestibule, and I got the feeling he had made some judgements about us based on the skin color of my guys. I didn't say anything about it, but when my guys came out, they asked me if I saw how rude the older guy was, and I said I had seen him not acknowledge them and walk off. They both were upset by the situation. It was a sinking feeling to experience that level of customer service after we had just spent several thousand dollars on our web order. Not sure why we were treated differently than the other customers. Our money has the same value.Needless to say, there really aren't any other options in town so we don't have the option to go somewhere else. But, if we could, we probably would.

Wow. Nothing like walking into an empty showroom and being ignored by the person behind the till for 15 mins before you finally walk back out.

Quite possibly the worst customer service in Calgary. I showed up at 5:00, just as the store was closing (I understand store hours), and was waved off by a staff member standing in the other side of the glass. I would normally assume one would at least take the time to ask if they could/can help considering I had called 3x in the 15 minutes to the store (no answer, even though open at the time. As a business owner myself I see these guys are not interested in customer satisfaction, making sales, or attempting to work with clients. We drove 6 hours, with delays, showed up just as were closing and were waved off at the door. Pathetic and very disheartening. Find an alternate place to shop as these dudes don’t care.

Customer service is terrible. Never helpful. I was calling to repeat an order, when asked if I would like the order shipped or picked up I asked what we did last time. The lady replied w/ I don't know it would be on your invoice. I said you don't have the invoice there? She said that would involve her switching screens.... This isn't the first time ive had bad service w this company and i'm sure if I continue using them it wont be the last.After posting my review, Mike (one of the managers) had reached out to me and apologized for the behaviour of his staff. On top of that he waved the delivery fee for our shipment and it came much quicker than what was originally estimated. I appreciate the effort that was made by WR and will give their company another try. =)

Bought some height extensions for a “Z-rack” and when I received them they were too thick to put in so I had to return them. Loosing $30 in shipping fees in total. There was no mention that they were “their” Z-rack extensions and that Z-racks came in different thicknesses. So I ended up buying from Cleaners Supply and paying half the price with free shipping. Will not shop locally here again. I did contact them regarding shipping but they didn’t want to cover the costs after I had mentioned there was nothing to state on their website it was for “their” z-racks only.

Have been going there for years.. mostly for plastic bags for the business, and other items at Christmas time.. have always had very good customer service. Only complaint I have is that they say they have a system that keeps the credit card on file, and it has been changed or updated on 3 occasions, so I've had to call and set it up 3 times. We have an employee pick up the orders for the store and they dont have the credit card. Otherwise it's been a pleasure to shop there

Good place to shop if you have a retail store, alot of affordable products keeping the expenses down at your business.They also have a great team with awesome customer service.

Bait and switch tactics. Poor client service. Very little retail in this retail wholesaler

I came right before 4pm.and they were closed all the lights off. I tried calling 10 ml in prior a few times but no answer. I really feel like that they just don't care for customers. They are the only game in town for this retail packaging supplies and they know it.
