Kabul Farm Supermarket

Yesterday I bought pepper and these cookies from here. The cookies have very bad smell and It was old and the pepper was not fresh iam disappointed that bought from this cheater stor .please do not influence the name of a country because of your deception and carelessness,

I went to Kabul farm today (a day before Eid). I bought two boxes full of cream rolls and when I brought them home and tried one the cream tasted sour. I tried one more and the second one was bad as well. So I took them back a couple hours later and told the cashier what happened. She takes my boxes and smells them and then takes them around the store to find someone who is not fasting to try them. And she found someone in the meat area who dug his hand in the boxes I had purchased and tried one from each box. He claimed there is nothing wrong with them.And then she comes to me and says there is nothing I can do for you because he says it was perfectly fine.This isn’t the first time we have purchased old cream rolls from this store.And it’s not only that, why is it okay for them to try the cream roll I have already paid for?

Very disappointed. They are now start charging abnormal pricing to the customers and not process the refund if you want to return any high price item.They are ripping off .

Very disappointed in their service today. We’ve been coming to this location as a family for more than 15 years and we will NEVER come back. They cheated our money and gave us the worst meat. They make so many errors and charge more and then chase you down very rudely for it. This place is unsanitary and disgusting. They don’t care about customer service or customer retaining. The butcher who was the owner was rude as well as the cashier.

Kabul Farm Super store is a nice place to go and do some shopping . They have all the grocery items. fruits and vegetables, all the spices, household items, and Halal meats and lots of other things.Yes, it's a reasonable place to visit .

I recently visited Kabul Farm Supermarket with my husband, hoping for a pleasant shopping experience. However, I encountered an incident that left me deeply disappointed and saddened. As we were browsing the Quran aisle, the owner of the store made a discriminatory remark to the cashier, insinuating that the Quran should be cleared after I had looked at it.It is disheartening to witness such racist behavior in this day and age, as it goes against the principles of inclusivity and respect that should be upheld by any establishment. No customer should be subjected to prejudice based on their race or background.As a white Canadian couple, we expected to be treated fairly and without any bias. This incident not only tainted our visit but also left us questioning the values and practices of Kabul Farm Supermarket. Discrimination has no place in a multicultural society, and it is important for businesses to actively foster an environment of equality and acceptance.I sincerely hope that the management of Kabul Farm Supermarket takes this matter seriously, addresses the issue promptly, and implements measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. It is crucial for them to understand the impact of discriminatory behavior on their customers and work towards creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all.My experience at Kabul Farm Supermarket was marred by a disturbing incident of racism. I encourage the management to reflect on their actions and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation, making sure that every customer feels respected and valued, regardless of their race or ethnicity.

Last three years I have been buying halal meats from this place. Lately there behaviour was downgrading,specially on my last visits they behaved like I am getting favour from them. I just want to let them know they just lost one loyal customer and I have plenty of options to shop around the place. Arrogant and aggressive employee. Blot of Muslim. Now I am shopping from Sunny.

I first loved Kabul farm until I realized that for the second time the meet I payed for was not what I found in the bag once I reached home. I purchased 3 pounds of oxtail and 3 pounds of goat shoulder, once I have got home, I have find out that part of the meet was stolen I had less than 500 g only of the goat shoulder I purchased. The first time it’s happened few months back with a big steak a bought there at the Brampton location I asked them to cut it in small cubes… once I got home, it’s looks much less but I thought well , maybe I have made a mistake this is the second time and I have all the proof that I have been fouled by the employees working at the meet section.

Purchased a full wings ftom this store. They sold me pigeon wings instead of chicken wings. I realized how poor quality the product was. However I had already marinated them. I called tge store and was told these are small wings" it is a special for kabul farms. He also said I can bring it back to his store. Not a good experience at all. Not going there again."
