The tyre fitting was no problem but if your technicians move the drivers seats and steering wheel position (why they would need to?) they should return the position of both to the original setting.

Telephoned yesterday after having issues with my tyres (first time using kiwkfit) and spoke with Blair who went above and beyond to assist with all my queries and provide all the information I needed aswell as booking me in asap for this afternoon. Had my issues sorted today and couldn't have asked for a better service. Blair is a very polite, helpful and well informed individual. An asset to the company and made things very easy and hassle free. Thanks so much. I will definitely return.

Had to call in yesterday while in the area as had developed a slow puncture on my new car. The guys were brilliant even though it was 10 mins to closing time. New tyre fitted with great service. Would recommend them

I was booked for a visit to have 3 new tyres fitted to my vehicle. However, on arrival I was informed that only 2 of the 3 tyres had been delivered. So, had to make another visit, fortunately, the next day, for the 3rd replacement. Why was I not informed before my 1st visit???

My car was delivered overnight to theor depot, after a puncture on the M74. We were just starting a touring holiday. The Kwik Fit team started work early and I was on my way by 9.30am. Great job and well done!

Great example of how to get it right!! Will definitely be using these garages again. I never normally do reviews, however genuinely thankful - this one was required:)

Went to this garage for a puncture repair, fixed for £27,asked them to check rear caliper as had small leak,mechanic showed me the drip and said fine till I got it fixed,manager then said caliper needed replacing, so just to please him I said give me a price and I'll get back to him . he's on phone ordered caliper without asking me,then said caliper was ok it was a pipe going to it that was problem, £40 to fix but need to waitv30 minsfor it to arrive, it comes gets fitted then told it definitely is caliper and pipe was no good, now been there over an hour, lost patience and sa fix wheel back on,took it to a proper garage today and caliper is fine pressure tested and nothing wrong robbing b----ds

Happy with the service but not impressed with the cost of wheel alignment. £60+ for a 5 minute task is not good value. Seems I have to pay this every time I buy tyres from Kwik Fit, so now I have to compromise on tyre quality to compensate for alignment cost. I think a discount for loyal customers would be a nice gesture. I won't hold my breath though.
