Brett has been my travel agent for years now. He's saved me money and time (way easier to text him what I need then spend hours searching for the best deal myself).I've been so happy with Brett in fact that I've recommended him to all my family and friends.Brett is especially skilled at booking all inclusive vacations and cruises, but even for a quick stay during a road trip, he's my go to.During covid, Brett helped me navigate complicated immigration and testing rules.Thanks again Brett!

I did not have a lot of knowledge about the area we were planning to travel to and Jenna and Melissa were so helpful in not only helping to plan, organize and book the best trip option for us but they were both available to answer all kinds of questions about culture and expectations of visiting tourists. They were super quick to respond to requests. I would definitely book a trip through them again.

Brett was able to find flights that met our date range and requirements (no overnight stays en-route, direct flights) that we were unable to locate on our own on-line. He was very helpful looking at the variety of dates and associated costs.In addition, Brett was able to help my cousin travelling from another country to join us. He saved her money on the hotel and helped her with an overnight stay in Mexico City.We really appreciate Brett's professionalism, commitment to his customers and his extensive knowledge of the travel industry and destinations. He always responded timely and was a huge help. We would highly recommend Brett for your travel needs.

We booked a trip to the Grande Sunset Princess Resort in Mexico for us, our children and their partners through Lauren . She was amazing. My husband hadn't traveled since he was 16 and I hasn't been out of Country since I was 5. She literally took care of everything.She organized every part of our trip and answered countless questions,(sometimes several emails a day). We will definitley go through her again for our next travel adventure. Thanks Lauren.

Attended the block party hosted and met the owner/operator Hidar and it was a good one promoting his business.He's in the travel business for about 10 years and this is their new location in downtown Edmonton.His agency offers travel packages at competitive prices.He also mentioned that if you happen to find another travel deal similar to his offering, he'll beat the price of it.

So we had a bumpy road wiry our trip planning initially and I still gave 5 stars my reason is this.. I will admit we booked late but with our jobs we don't have much choice so we were quite frantic teying to get everything done. When the company they used to purchase tickets wasn't great we got quite upset. Now here's where this company shined. They took accountability for their supplier which isn't something a lot of companies do now a days. They did everything they could to rectify the situation and made sure we were taken care of, and then they offered credits to their travel store. This manager or owner is great at what he does and the staff pulled through and now we are finally ready to go on a Disney trip we so desperately needed these past few months. I would recommend anyone to use this company for your travel plans!

Disastrous Experience with Travel GuruI recently had an incredibly frustrating experience with Travel gurus, and I feel compelled to share my terrible ordeal. It took an astonishing 19 months for them to sort out my insurance, which is absolutely unacceptable.I initially contacted their customer support team to inquire about a claim. To my dismay, the response time was abysmal. It took weeks for them to even acknowledge my query, leaving me in a state of constant frustration and uncertainty. When I finally managed to get in touch with a representative, the lack of knowledge and willingness to assist was striking.What astounded me the most was the sheer incompetence displayed by [Travel Company Name] in handling my insurance case. There were numerous instances of lost paperwork, incorrect documentation, and frequent requests for redundant information. It felt as if I was caught in an endless loop of bureaucratic hurdles with no end in sight.As the months dragged on, my patience wore thin. I repeatedly followed up with the company, but it seemed like my concerns were falling on deaf ears. The lack of accountability and transparency further aggravated my already dire situation.By the time my insurance claim was finally resolved after an excruciating 19 months, the joy of my travel experience had long faded away. The lengthy ordeal left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I wouldn't wish such a nightmarish encounter on anyone.I strongly advise against engaging with travel guru. Their abysmal customer service, sluggish response times, and utter lack of competence in handling insurance matters make them a company to avoid at all costs. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable travel company that respects and values their customers.Edit to reply: No actually the insurance company was waiting for paper work from the travel agent. When they finally got it, I had my insurance cleared up in 3 weeks. Mainly waiting for the cheque in the mail.

Travel Gurus provided excellent customer service and personal attention for our Sister's trip to Mexico/Playa del Carmen. Our vacation went on without a hitch and Travel Gurus made sure we knew everything about how to travel during COVID. I highly recommend them and will continue to use them for all of my vacations. Also a big shout out to Alberto and Diego (our amazing drivers) and our resort, Iberostar Tucan was 5 star. THANK YOU TRAVEL GURUS
