La Bise Bakery
I was a little skeptical when my wife bought these last night. I’ve had these types of deserts before and never really thought they were anything special. Well obviously I’ve been getting them from the wrong places because these were unlike anything I’ve ever had. Really beautiful desserts. Such a rich caramelization on the outside, and a lovely moist custard in the centre. There was so much depth in the flavour of these things that it lingered in my mouth long after I had finished. I’ll be back ASAP to try the doughnuts.

La Bise has the best donuts in town! They are seriously so good you'll keep coming back. My favourite is the passionfruit donuts. It's flavourful without being super sweet

The caneles were absolutely amazing. Crunchy caramelized exterior and creamy, custard interior. Service was fast and friendly. Definitely worth visiting.

5-star yummy caneles baked with skills, care, and love. Nicole, the owner, an amazing and kind woman with such an inspiring story of her baking and wealth of life experiences, consistently treats her customers with utmost respect, kindness, and a smile. Although her booth is super busy, she doesn't hesitate a second to answer their questions or genuinely greet and welcome them warmly. This is beyond just quality customer service and actually reflects her beautiful personality. Thank you very, Nicole, for all this, and hope to see you soon again.

Had a hard time finding the place because it's inside Michoacan en Vancouver". The canelés are the best one i ever had. Crispy on the outside and slightly gooey inside. Also top notch donuts. Not too sweet and super flavorful. Highly recommend and will definitely go again. Also i appreciate the quality of the packaging box"

Their Passionfruit Chantilly donut is the best donut in Vancouver. Not overly sweet, full of flavour, delicious, light dough. A must-try. You may be confused looking for a front door to enter though, but it’s take-out only. Find her doorbell on the side wall and she pops out to take your order!
