The quality of a Picture Homes home is top notch. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating to any concerns I had. Their attention to detail is exceptional and during the first few months after moving in, they had any minor touch ups fixed in a timely manor by their contractors. This is my first new home" purchase and Picture Homes made it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this builder."

Not happy with this builder at all. They take way too long to build a house. Can’t get anything fixed. Always using excuses. So disappointed in how we have been treated since they took our money. Not a honest builder. Lied to multiple homeowners on a number of things about our new builds. 2 years later and no yard to use. It’s just pathetic to put it lightly.Would not recommend this builder to anyone. It’s been a nightmare.

Poorly

We are disappointed. We completely understand the delays due to several reasons however it is quite hurtful that after 3 different closing dates and a 7 month delay, we still don’t have a closing date. They are as proactive after getting the deposit as they were before!

After doing lots of research and going to lots of presentation centers / demo homes, I ended up choosing picture homes as the builder for my first home. Everyone is a pleasure to work with and actually cares about your wants and needs as a home owner. They help out however they can and don't make you feel like you're just a customer. From the first phone call I had with Peter till the day we got our keys, everything went smoothly. We were surprised how quickly our home was ready for us to move in. After living in the community for a few months, I have nothing but good things to say about these guys and I couldn't be happier with the decision
