I have rented from this location quite a few times and I have always been happy with their cars and service. The staff are friendly and helpful and cars are always clean and low mileage.Sure, there are times when you don’t get the exact car group you booked but it’s always a clean, almost brand new car. Happy every time and I’ll definitely be back. Thanks guys.

Warning!They appeared very professional when I came to pick up a booked car. Long wait time as the employee didn't seem to know what he was doing.2 weeks after I rented the car I received a parking ticket for $120 from the parking garage where we parked to pick up the rental car.By chance I checked the ticket and it turnes out it was not our car. Clearly the owner or one of their employees decided to offput their parking ticket on an unkowning customer.Stay away.

This location charges extra for winter tires in the middle of winter. So, please beware of renting from here. They also do not have after-hours car drop facility. So if you need to drop off the rented car, you will need to go at their office hours, which is pretty inconvenient.

I don't know much about their cars, but their customer service is abysmal.I tried to call them yesterday, no answer, it just rang for minutes on end until it hung up. Today I finally got someone, but he immediately asked me if I could wait a few minutes. More than AN HOUR later on hold, I'm wondering if the person fell asleep. I hang up, try to call again several times, but same as the day before. No answers...Oh and don't even try to contact them via their website. I've sent two messages there more than a week ago, and still no answer.
