Among all the amazing things Sarah has helped me with for my mortgage, she was able to negotiate a lower promotional rate with my lender between signing and closing (which they did not have to honour) and signed me up for a free home warranty plan which replaced my A/C unit within the first few months of owning my home. I actually had to leave her lender to consolidate debts a few years ago and I just called her for advice - she was so helpful, honest, and caring. The outcome was that I should stay with my current lender until renewal as that is what benefitted ME. Sarah looks out for her clients' best interests and truly cares about each and every one of them. It would be arduous to find another broker like Sarah. As soon as I renew, I'm running back to Sarah immediately. I don't think I'll ever have enough great things to say about her and her constant display of going above and beyond for her clients.
