We have been going to Northern Automotive Solutions for all our vechile needs for years now.The owner and employees are professional and great to deal with.We just had issues with our truck and Northern Automotive took everything into consideration and was able to figured the issue out and get us back on the road quickly and at very fair rate.

When we moved to the area and were looking for an automotive shop for vehicle service, we were referred to Northern Automotive Solutions and have been very pleased with service and price of servicing….6 years now.However since Covid hit they are disappointing me…. in their public health measures or the lack of…..that is very disturbing, such as masking enforcement for customers coming in and staff not using them when around customer…even when driving clients home and picking them up, no masks were used….and not even a mention to me, oh like…do you prefer me to mask or is it ok with you if I don’t…..at least when I asked if they would be offended if I asked them to mask…they replied no they wouldn’t be offended, but that’s as far as that went….nice people just very disheartening that they couldn’t show a lot more concern for clients that maybe are inclined to be following the Ontario Health recommendations (mandate) for masking. They do have glass between the receptionists area however that’s about as far as that seems to be for pandemic protocol measures.I do expect that I will continue to get service there in the future, but would hope more measures are taken to consider clients health during this pandemic….

Integrity is the best word for this team. I started to use Jason and his team when he first opened his own shop. He has worked on many vehicles for me and is always upfront, honest and fair. And... they are just nice people... who doesn't want to spend their time talking to nice people when given the choice?

This business really values their clients and it shows in their customer service.Jason is a great guy and if you’re not sure about something he takes the time to explain it to you.They offer a shuttle service and their prices are great! Out of a 5 star rating I give them 6 stars.
