I remember the day i joined workforce hesitantly because i was nervous ,new graduate but at the same time i wanted to learn more and have more experience .Diana helped me a lot in boosting my confidence and being open to diff clinics ,I eventually started being more active on the app and now im more confident in working with diff softwares ,not only that i learn every single day from diff clinics ,diff dentists .I strongly recommend that newer hygienist should step out of thier comfort zone and join workforce :)

I really enjoy working for Workforce Dental Staffing! The app they use for booking is clever and efficient. I love being able to book extra work as it fits into my schedule. Management has been super helpful and pleasant to work with. The job pays well and you are paid weekly. A huge bonus to working for a agency versus yourself is that you have ONE employer which = one T4. They take off all taxes and this has really made temping that much easier. I have also found all the offices so far to be very helpful and respectful. I would highly recommend working for this company.I have done lots of temping prior to working for this agency and I appreciate that all my work dates and information are in one place and I am dealing predominantly with one person.

Workforce is a great company to work for. They provide you with your T4, the app is great and convenient to use with lots of job opportunities. You also have a chance to have a flexible schedule as a temping hygienist with weekly pay. Staff are very nice and responsive. I’ve been working for WorkForce Dental Staffing Solutions for almost a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about them! The app they have make it extremely easy to keep track of your shifts and the staff are so friendly and accommodating! They offer shifts all around the lower mainland with a variety of different times and locations, which keeps the job new and exciting everytime! They do all of your tax deductions for you and they supply you with one T4 at the end of the year. The pay is also very good and you get paid weekly. All of the offices I’ve worked for are different in their own way, but always a great experience! This agency is definitely worth working for if you think temping is the right route for you!

Very professional and accommodating! Always supporting the staff. Great app to track hours , jobs Available, change shift and calendar, easy clock in and out and breaks to be tracked. I must say I am very impressed. They are always quick to respond as well. One of the best experiences yet. Not to mention hassle free T4. Definitely recommend to fellow hygienist.
