Amazing service from Coal prints. They went beyond the call and even fixed some of my minor issues on my final design. Delivery was within the time specified, and they were quite helpful of even splitting up my printouts for me. My document was posted on their sites, allowing for more media coverage. Quite reasonable based on the quality of work. Recommend Coal prints to anyone who wants to give them a try for the first time.Coal prints went beyond my expectations. I asked them for a service along with the printing, and I would like to pass on a big shout out to Alma and her team for taking on an impossible task. Gave me a great price and then did a bait and switch! Tried to charge me twice as much as everywhere else (I checked three different places). Of course we're not going to print my mom's celebration of life pamphlet on flimsy flyer stock! How long have you been in the printing business? They didn't have the ability to open a Photoshop file. And said theysaid would have to rebuild the exported jpeg (for extra design fee). I'm glad to say that Surrey Digital Printers was able to do a beautiful job with no issue for less than half the price and on 100 lb card stock!

We had our Window Vinyl Signage, A Frame sign, and Business cards made by Coalprints for our Store's Grand Opening and we absolutely love the finished products! They were able to accommodate our requests on time and we love how everything looks! Would recommend! ✨

I'm so mad that I wasted my money and time by selecting this prints shop. I won't visit again and won't recommend to any other friends. I am not a picky person and never had any issues with other prints shop. I recently moved from Ontario, needed to find decent prints shop for my business. I was so dope to find high rated print shop near my place cause I do prints a lot but I chose the wrong one. I was speechless when I checked the prints..They screwed up the prints and 2nd one is better than 1st time but still very low quality. Please please tell if you cannot do the work properly before proceed so I don't waste the time. Also their customer service is no good! I complained about prints quality, never said sorry and blamed the file. Their email response is so slow, had to send several times to get back(The lady at the front is nice though!). Took more than a week to get simple prints. The edge is weirdly trimmed and some prints are not aligned. Also I asked them to trim sized 3x4in and they trimmed few inch smaller. The prints were for sale but looks like I cannot sell these. I can't believe they have high rated review on google! I really wanted to give the high rate if I could however I had to be honest.
