I came across a used 2018 PRS Custom 24 and was hesitant to buy online sight unseen as I live in Ontario. I emailed the store and corresponded with Jimmy. The pictures and description mentioned minor scratches and nicks, but Jimmy reassured me it was in excellent condition. Three days later it arrived. The case and guitar look like brand new and it was so smooth to play. My overall experience was exceptional, and I would not hesitate to deal with them again. It is a beautiful guitar with top notch service. Thank you

Purchased from Musique Gagné online. Excellent experience with quick and courteous response to questions and emails. Guess there’s a reason they have been in business for well over 100 years. Delivery was also faster than expected. Doesn’t get much better. Will definitely deal with them again.

I was hesitant about purchasing a guitar, Norman B50-12, on-line and shipping it across the country to Alberta, without ever putting my hands on the instrument.I called Musique Gagne and spoke with Jonathan to clarify some questions and concerns that I had.
