After a year off because of Covid-19 I couldn't make my payments and had no idea what to do. I called and ended up speaking with Janick. She was very helpful in showing me my options and helping me decide what to do. Even after 6 months of signing papers I started getting collection calls again, I just let her know she dealt with it, no more calls. Would highly recommend because of excellent service, knowledgeable people and excellent people skills.

After my divorce left me in a poor financial state, and a couple of bad financial decisions after that, I couldn't keep my head above water. MNP was kind, non judgemental, and helped me find the best solution to pay off my debt. I wouldn't change anything about my experience, and im still learning more about how to manage my finances and credit and impulsiveness to buy unecessary things.They have given and have left the door open for advice anytime I need it. They are super easy to deal with if you need to make arrangements to pay more or less in a month.definitely recommend
