O'Neill Cosmetic Dermatology

Kitty and Dr. O’Neill have transformed my skin.Before visiting O’Neill cosmetic dermatology, I was trying to manage my skin care on my own. I had done a lot of research and spared no expense at Sephora- but it wasn’t working. I’m spending much less money on my skin care products now and they are more effective. My skin looks better than it did 10 years ago. Kitty taught me how to use a simplified, common sense routine every day- and the results have been amazing. Dr. O’Neil helped more on the cosmetic side and all of her work that I have had done so far has been really good quality.I also did a Bella facial with Kitty yesterday, I highly recommend it.

O'Neill Dermatology requires a referral. I had my doctor's meeting in February where they sent a referral. I didn't hear back from this office as they refused to see me. Highly unprofessional to not contact me directly to let me know. Stay clear of this place.

I had been seeing Dr. O'Neill for twenty years. She and her staff of Lori, Trisha and Pauline (the latter who had left two years ago) are among the most caring I have ever encountered in health care. My particular situation required regular visits, sometimes weekly and sometimes biweekly. They accommodated my time for appointments when I changed work. Dr. O'Neill and her staff are excellent communicators and listeners: my health issues were treated with professionalism and with compassion and understanding. Bedside manner is sometimes lacking in the medical establishment but for two decades I felt I could tell Dr. O'Neill and her staff some private health matters and they all cared about me, and that no doubt helped me out both physically and mentally. If you need a compassionate dermatologist who will speak to you honestly, and if you want to be greeted and assessed by a team of caring women such as Lori and Trisha, then go see Dr. Karen O'Neill. She has helped me and although my visits have ended I will continue to sing her praises and recommend her to everyone.

I cannot say enough wonderful things aboutDr. O’Neill. She always listens and answers all of my questions and makes sure that I’m 100% comfortable to move forward with any procedure. She has a kind, calming and caring approach that puts you at ease right from the first interaction. All of her staff are equally excellent and put professionalism and patient care at the forefront.I will never go anywhere else!

I haven’t done any treatments but went in for a consultation and the Dr was very welcoming, knowledgeable and took the time to explain what’s worth investing in and what’s a waste of money. Will definitely consider their office for future treatments!

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr. Karen O’Neill and her team for some time now. Anyone who has the challenge of Keloid skin, knows that it can put you in a very vulnerable state. I’ve been blessed to partner with not only a professional and knowledgeable Doctor, but one who I’ve come to trust immensely. I have been a patient here for medical as well as cosmetic dermatology, and I am beyond happy with the results. And I have recommended so many of my friends to visit the clinic. Dr. O'Neill and all her staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and even with the pandemic and all the new rules they find a way to ensure everyone gets in and has a great visit. In all my time I have never had a product or service pushed on me, and even when asking if something new would give me certain results Dr. O'Neill was able to give me the pros and cons, and actually said you won't like the results...I'm so happy to have such a great team care for my skin :)

Awesome physician and awesome staff. The office always picks up their calls and also available by email. They are really nice and accommodating.Dr. O'Neill is a kind, caring person. Answered all my questions regarding my concerns (acne) and gave me the best course of action. I've met a lot of dermatologists and most will sit on the computer and barely look at you. Dr. O'Neill has an actual conversation with you which is refreshing!It was great to meet her and the other staff at the office. :)

Firstly I wish I could rate this a 6/5!!!I was referred to Dr. O'Neill by a friend of mine back in April of 2019. I am so glad Dr. O'Neill was able to take me on as a patient because she did wonders for me. I started suffering from acne in 2018 and now my skin is clear as ever! She was there every step of the way making sure I was feeling okay while taking the medication. Any updates I had, she would make note of them so she always up to date. Any question I had she answered freely and with her honest opinion. Dr. O'Neill gets to know her patients and builds a professional relationship with them.Lori at the front desk. AMAZING. She greets with you with a smile and is so welcoming. I was very nervous when I first started the medication and every time I would come for an appointment she would ask how the medication is working and get to know me as well. She always explained everything to me when purchasing the products needed and was able to answer all my questions. I thought scheduling my appointments were going to be hard because I was/still am in university, but Lori made it so easy to fit it into my crazy schedule. I always leave Dr. O'Neill's office with a smile of my face because how well I've been treated. I am SO HAPPY that I chose this office because I have never felt more confident.I will definitely be going back for any other needs.

Dr. O'Neal and staff were awesome! The receptionist was welcoming and the doctor took her time explaining the pros and cons of removing something that cosmetically bothered me. She said that removing it will leave a scar and that may bother me more. She said to take the time to think about it, reassured me the growth isn't worrisome. She said if I were her sister she would tell me not to remove it. I asked how much it would cost and she said $400. She could have simply listened to me and removed it and took the money. But she didn't!Wonderful experience!
