Worked with Ben, great to talk to and showed up as soon as he could to take a look at our place. Answered all of my questions and was always willing to discuss my preferences for a unit or any questions I had on the options I was provided. Installation went well, David and Evert showed up early and were done really quickly. Walked us through everything we should know and said we can call any time if we have questions. Overall great work!

Cross Country installed a new Carrier furnace for me. They were on time, communicated well, did excellent work, were friendly, and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

Our two cats got into the ducting of our HRV in our basement. They then decided to cool-aid man their way out, destroying 3-4 feet of ducting. Cross Country was my first call. They were quick to respond and set up a repair. Service was excellent, quick and pricing was fair. We dealt with a number of people on their team and all were polite and professional. Specifically Charlene and Randy. Would recommend and use again myself.

I have to say Kyle did a good job fixing my furnace problem on a Sunday. I do understand the service charge for a Sunday call out but I do not understand the price of the inducer motor when at Amre supply it is 259 dollars and they charged me 443.00 dollars . Whole sale from Amre supply I am sure is cheaper as the 259 is the retail price. So it to me seems that they take advantage of you when you are in trouble. I guess the only good thing is that my furnace is working again. So is buyer beware . But I must in all honesty say thank you for not charging me mileage. I do think you should be a little more kind on your parts pricing as I And on Amazon it is cheaper yet go figure think 200 dollars above retail is a bit much.

This was our first experience installing an AC in the home we purchased in AB. I will say not only were they quick and on time always, they were true professionals. From the amazing lady who answered the phone down to the installation there were no issues. Within five days of my call, I am a happy wife and nice and cool.

Used them years ago and they were great. Decided to use them again when my furnace wasn't working properly. Was told on the phone the diagnostic + maintenance will be about $240. The technician came and only did diagnostic for about 15 maybe 20 minutes max. Charged us full amount for maintenance + diagnostic. When asked why the full amount for just diagnostic and was told if I wanted to maintenance it would be a full 2 hours which will be more than $300 dollars. overall break down of the cost - 20 minutes diagnostic, 20 minutes talking about possible quotes, 20 minutes sitting in his truck creating an invoice, and 30 minutes driving. Would not recommend using them to anyone.
