Manasseh Fencing & Gates

I first contact Luke on May 9, 2021 to build two fences, at two separate properties. I provided him with photographs of the landscape, as well as the dimensions I would need for the fence build. He provided me with a quote and said that he would come out to the sites to do a look-over. He came out on June 17, 2021 and was upset that I had already purchased a farm gate and stated that if he wasn't doing the entire job, he wouldn't do it at all (I had already told him in previous correspondence that I already had a gate, and just needed him for the fence). He was very ignorant, unprofessional, and very condensending. He said he would need to revise his quote and get back to me. Needless to say, it's now July and I havent recieved a second quote, nor has he responded to any of my correspondence. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Luke gave us a quote and started right on time as he stated he would. He also stuck to the quote in spyte of higher lumber prices and some other challenges - like back ordered metal plates on the colour we chose. 2021 seemed to be a challenging year all around and I think its important to acknowledge that. He is hardworking, trustworthy and honest. Our fence did take awhile for unseen reasons like mentioned above, lack of trustworhy help for him and a heatwave on top of all else too, but overall we are very happy with our new custom built fence.I would definitely recommend this bussiness
