Poor information presented through Amazon seller.

Poor & confusing customer service! Bought a Lamy Dialog 3 which had issues, called them about the process for getting it repaired. Told them I bought the pen in the US but live in Canada, and specifically asked if I should send it to them for service, and the said YES send it over. They get the pen, tell me they can't service it without charging me as they don't service pens unless is was bought in Canada!?!?! So had to pay shipping again to get my pen back. They told me nothing was wrong with the pen, but as soon as I took it out of the package, the nib was getting stuck just like before when I sent it. Waste or time, money, and really have no confidence in dealing with them in the future.

I have using a Faber Castell writing instrument since 2009. Its sleek look combined with its exemplary writing make it a pleasure to possess. As one would expect from a highly crafted -yet simple- German product, it is truly a joy with which to write.Secondly, the knowledgeable and friendly customer service complements and completes this experience. I cannot recommend this pen enough to anyone who loves beauty and is looking to possess a stylus that will last for generations.
