Runners Den

The young man who works there has helped myself and son choose new shoes for different reasons/races. Quick. To welcome us as soon as we walked in and offered to help. Knowledgeable of shoes and what works for different types of running and surfaces and asks lots of questions of my son to make sure what we were choosing was best for him. A great place to get the right shoe for when you're not sure what's best.

I had such an amazing experience at the Runner’s Den today! I completed my first half marathon last weekend and I had some questions about gear and shoe sizing. Josie was eager to help me and give me advice on what fit and size shoe I should be using. More importantly, she did stop providing her insight after I mentioned that I was not in the financial position to purchase new shoes today. She continued to provide her expert opinion on my situation and advice on how to proceed until I can make a purchase. She also provided insight on future promotions and sales that I may be interested in to help. I truly appreciated having a sale associate who was not focused on the sale but focused on my running, my goals and my situation.I highly highly recommend the Runner’s Den!

A great experience buying a new pair of shoes that will be perfect for my needs. The staff were super helpful and went over and above by ordering in TWO colours of the shoe I was interested in (they even arrived the next day). Definitely a great place for runners in the hammer to find new gear!

Up until recently I didn't realize how important running shoes were when running. I was recommended this store by a friend and we traveled down to Hamilton to check it out and wasn't disappointed. Thanks for all the help in choosing out a great pair. Will defiantly be back in the future.

Recently moved to Hamilton and was in need of a new pair of running shoes and some knowledgable advice. The staff were so friendly and helpful! They assessed my gait and found some options that would provide the support I needed. They were so patient as I took my time deciding, and when the pair I chose didn't feel quite right on the treadmill, they kindly let my try another pair (and even ordered another size in the meantime!). The second pair worked perfectly and I love being able to get out running again. Will only buy shoes from here in the future and recommend them to anyone!

Wow, this place is great. It is so nice to get such great service and so knowledgeable at that. We went there looking for new running shoes for our 17 year old daughter, I have never learned so much about shoes and fit in my 54 years lol. My 17 year old daughter said she will never buy shoes anywhere else. Nor will I. I highly recommend Runners Den.Rob Anton
