Then they proceeded to do the work exactly as agreed to. The work was well executed, and they worked very cleanly. Professional and friendly service.

I was asking for an estimate for 3 bathroom ventilation and may an air exchanger. I globally wanted to know how much it would cost me before going further.When the person came, he was realloy annoyed by all the things i wanted to do and even tried to discourage me in my projects. After many argumentations on why i wanted to do this and many sighs from him, he told me they could start in 2 months.I never wanted to force them to commit to a deadline whatsoever b ut i was thinking that s cool!"2 days after i received an email telling me that finally they didnt want to do it because they were too busy.Probably the most unprofessional behavior i have seen so far.At the end i never got a price or any estimation from them

Very disappointed. Charging me for their mistakes And mistakes. They really push to sell their thermostat ecobee (not even had the new version they were selling me) for finally found it wasn’t the problem. Charge me more because it took him more time. Did they reimbursed my 2 weeks ecobee after they submit their 1654$ repair estimation? You bet no. I wouldn’t go that far if only my new central system compatible with it, but no, not Mitsubishi. I went to L.G. Poupart which was excellent. Stay away from Air Fortier. Hope that could help.

The work was completed by a team of 3 techs all on the same day!36,000 BTU compressor with 4 evaporators plus the electrical work all top notch.Very satisfied.

They sold me an HVAC with a 10year warranty. It's worth over $10,000.After a little over a year it broke down.It's under warranty but had to pay $250 out of pocket for a diagnostic as that was only covered the 1st year.Fine, what ever.Then a month to the date after being diagnosed, they finally sent someone to fix it.After all this, they have the nerves to ask me to pay $50 for shipping of the defective part back to the US. Absolutely insane.They made thousands selling me an HVAC saying it was the best in the market. Still telling me how rare it is they break. Yet the company will do whatever they can to grab additional cash from their consumers.I definitely would not recommend Air Fortier to anyone.

Terrible service. After they sell you theyre junk, if theres problems or malfunction even within the first months, you will have to talk to a secretary who never had any one return calls. Brand new thermopompe and installation and then no one will help regardless of paying for a guarantee even in the first 3 months. No one will return your call. Unless theyre just trying to take advantage of elderly women in theyre 70s. Terrible in so many ways i wont waste my breath any longer....

Worst service I have ever had. My newly installed thermopompe broke, an even while covered with warranty I need to pay around 1000$ for fixing it. What is worst, I’m waiting for the broken piece to be delivered and it’s been more than 3 weeks with no follow up. Left several messages to client service and No response. I’m very disappointed that Costco is recommending this company. Customer Service: Please call me back, we are in the middle of the summer and no news of the repair!!!

AC/Heat pump unit was installed this week during a massive heat wave and the technicians were absolutely fantastic (Dany & his colleague, what a duo) Very professional, kind and efficient! Very happy with the unit.
