Amazing staff with great prices. Friendly and smiling faces always from all staff. A welcoming atmosphere and great cuts. I don't trust anyone else to cut my hair but the staff here.

It was my first, partial streaks/highlighs& root color. My roots were still white, i could notice the same day not colored probally,or she did not let it sit for little longer. Charge me $155.40. I am not happy with their service.

Have been a customer for years. Michelle is fantastic stylist and awesome person. Place is stylish,clean and staff is very friendly. I would recommend this place very strongly to anyone

The last I went here was in 2017 and the stylist, I believe her name was Bal, butchered my hair. I asked for it to be layered and thinned out as I have thicker hair. When I got home, I could see that the layers were blunt and not blended. One of my co-workers noticed and asked what happened to my hair and I told them I knew it looked awful but didn’t want to go back in fear that it would be made worse.I got a phone call from the salon on Tuesday, December 31st 2019 saying I had an appointment for a haircut on Thursday Jan. 2nd and they were confirming I would be there; I never made an appointment. The girl on the other end spoke so quickly I didn’t even know who was calling initially so I had to ask again. She said it was booked under “Kaitlyn Penner” which Penner was my maiden name and I haven’t booked appointments with my maiden name since I got married in 2018 & I wouldn’t go back to this salon after my first experience 2 years ago. After discussion with other friends, I was made aware that sometimes businesses create false appointments for people in order to regain business. I can see why their hurting so bad for clients if their stylists aren’t very good. I won’t be back ever and I would like to not be called again from this salon.

Left an online message for this salon a few days ago Jan. 23,2023 and to call me for a booking. I am looking for a new experienced stylist after moving to the FV to get balayage, cut, etc but no one bothered to call back. I guess this is the sign of the times since COVID. No one can care less about doing proper customer experience for their own business. How does one keep money in local businesses if the merchants/ employees don’t have the decency to do their end of the job. In the salon industry “a dime a dozen” is true, but only the best keep valued customers - existing or new. Modas Operandi’s failure to the basic steps in the customer experience, failed even before I walked through the door. Sad!

I got my hair highlighted by Anna! She is awesome! Not to mention the coffee she brought me whilst my foils were in! Excellent service!

Fantastic experience!! I had highlights and lowlights completed and a cut and blow dry. It has been 4 weeks and I still love the cut and colour. I highly recommend Monica! I found my new salon and stylist. Thank you.

Terrible! I came in for just a few highlights and a trim. The senior stylist left the foils in my hair for too long and all of them broke off! She also did a very sloppy trim. The worst thing is I didn't notice how terrible my hair was until after I paid and got home. And of course they wouldn't give me a refund. Don't go here! You will regret it!
