We highly recommend Chef Daoust! Our family of six had a wonderful experience. It was obvious Chef Francois knew what he was doing. Setting the date and picking the menu was a snap. The food quality was excellent. He was organized and efficient, and very personable to the kids. It was the first time our family's had hired a personal chef and we are so happy we used Chef Francois!

Chef Francois Daoust is very talented ! I booked him for a supper for our bachlorette party. We loved the food so much we weren't speaking at the table the whole time as we were enjoying his food so much ! He served us and explained the meals he prepared for us. The meat and octopus was so tender and just delicious.Chef Francois is super nice,flexible and he prepares really good sized portions ! he truly gave us a unforgetable supper and I would highly recommend! I would rebook him to try other things on the menu ! Thank you so much for the experience !

On a adoré avoir l’équipe du Chef François pour notre mariage, ce fut sublime. Les plats étaient bien assaisonnés, cuisine de viande et du poisson parfaites. Portions très généreuses nos convives se sont régalés. On a fait venir le Chef de Tremblant pour notre mariage à Montréal! Très à l’écoute des besoins de ses clients, facturation raisonnable et transparente. On recommande 100%!!

Service exceptionnel. Notre mariage a été parfait du début à la fin. François a été d’un professionnalisme et d’une efficacité exemplaire malgré qu’il était débordé par tous ses événements. Il a toujours pris le temps de répondre à nos questions et a même accepté plusieurs de nos caprices de mariés ;) Son équipe a été numéro 1 et même au-delà de nos attentes avec plusieurs petites attentions inattendues et ô combien appréciées. La nourriture était délicieuse. Tout le monde a adoré les bouchées, entrées et repas et était impressionné par les quantités. Vous pouvez leur faire confiance les yeux fermés pour votre événement. Un énorme merci!

We got food catered from Chef Francois for my team of 10 for all 5 days we were in Mont Tremblant. The food was great quality, incredibly delicious and very affordable. All the pre made packaged food had very clear instructions for you to follow and Chef Francois was very quick to respond & easy to communicate with. I highly recommend CFD, he will make your trip much more enjoyable because you won't have to worry about any meals! Thank you Chef Francois!

I had the pleasure of having Monsieur Daoust to cater my wife's birthday party this past weekend, and I can only say that he was not only terrific, professional, reliable, and accommodating; his service was impeccable, food delicious, and presentation impressive. Add to this was he dealing with constantly changing Covid rules just as restrictions were lifting... I do sincerely wish him and his staff luck knowing that all clients dealing with him will be well taken care of.

Chef Francois helped cater our wedding at Le Pont Couvert, and he and his team did a fantastic job! He was accommodating for our guests with food allergies or diet restrictions. He was responsive throughout all the planning. The 3 course meal that he provided for our wedding was so tasty! I highly recommend working with Francois as your wedding caterer.I had the salmon dish and got to try some of the chicken dish. Both were juicy, delicious and full of flavour!
