I met Jessica through my daughter-in-law and sure glad I did. She definitely knows the real estate business. She staged our home beautifully which was part of why it sold so quickly. She was always available to answer my questions and took me to see many condos. her infectious smile and bubbly personality are wonderful. Purchasing your first home is an exciting but incredibly stressful experience but Jessica helped me and my partner through every single step of the process. She's confident, knowledgeable and incredibly friendly!She helped us buy our dream home at a reduced price and worked around our busy schedules for showings (this was all pre-COVID of course). I'd recommend Jessica to anybody, even now we keep in touch every so often, and I'll definitely be using her again when we sell our starter home and upgrade to a family home.

Jessica or a representative left flyers in an apartment building on individual suite doors after a visit. They even left one of these flyers on the door of someone that has a note stating that they are immunocompromised.Crass, thoughtless, and uncaring. I would not expect or trust them to treat the current pandemic seriously.

Jessica was an incredible realtor for us. She listened to our needs for housing and found us a place that met all of our requirements and was well within our budget.
