I always have an amazing experience here! I come for pedicures every 2-3 months and the ladies always do an amazing job. I love the variety of colours and options in services.

Got normal pedicure she didn't clean my nails properly didn't take dead skin out.They also didn't let me dry my nails properly (they don't have nail drying area/fan or quick dry spry) they kick me out cause wanted take more customers in.Even though I was wearing slippers my nails color was messed up.

We booked an appointment to get me and my friends gel nails off. Over the phone they continually said the cost would be free but when we got there they ended up charging us both $30. The person who I had was terrible, not communicating with me about what he wanted to do, just pulling and shaking my fingers in a very harsh way. I asked him to be gentle on the one finger because it was bruised underneath and he did not listen, he continued to add just as much force like he did on all the other ones. At the end the nails were filed terribly, jagged edges and shaped horribly and the glue underneath is still on. The funniest part is after our appointment we called again to see how much a gel nail removal would be and they said it was free. Not very professional to lie about prices. Very unimpressed and will not be coming back.

So I came in for a manicure, the first time I went in I had my nails done by a blonde woman, she did an excellent job and had taken her time, I had gel or shellac on from a previous manicure, my nails are naturally long and quite tough but she soaked off the gel with some type of product and used the nail file as minimal as possible so my nails werent thinned and I appreciated the time she took on them. I went in the second time Monday evening, this time it wasn’t the same woman, it was a man, firstly he didn’t take the time to soak the shellac off, he went right in with that electric file and filed off all the colour, he rushed my nails, he thinned them out so badly. He damaged my nails and thinned them so much. Growing my nails took a lot of time and had to care for them, just for some guy to ruin them because he felt he needed to rush. Later that evening my pinky nail broke , not just the tip but half the nail, it is in pain. I still had to pay the $47. I do not waste money on a poor job where people feel they need to rush. If you want good quality nails, please don’t let the man that’s working, ruin them. Terrible, also left shellac around my nail on my skin, they were lumpy and just ugly. Take your time!

one of the worst experience i have ever had i went for ombre nails the thing i don’t like about their service is they are kinda rude and were in hurry the builder of the nail is wavy no even build properly and my previous nail polish is not removed properly, nails shapes does’t match some nails are shorter some are big and cuticles were not even cutted . i am posting a pictures of my nails one can see if they have a knowledge about how bad they are

The prices were crazy to get only two colours when other places have it for less and actually do the nails good. I paid almost $75 for black french tips and each hand the nails are different lengths my right hand is evidently longer than my left and some of the black tips aren’t centred highly disappointing for the cost amount I had to pay wouldn’t go back here again

Prices are certainly high according to the work they done on the nails. I don't know the name of the girl who did for me but she was rude and have no sense how-to do customer service for sure not going back to this location at all.

My first pedicure, I was very excited to feel relaxed. The lady my mother had was kind, but the lady I had was extremely rude, felt uneasy, and forced/lack of communication. I have been to other nail salons, this place is quite over priced for their quality. I couldn’t wear my shoes for 2 hours to let my regular painted nails dry, didn’t have any fans to help them dry. The lady aggressively told me “feet up” “feet in the water” “feet out of water” “relax your feet!” And was having my feet and legs pushed into positions. She then kept changing the setting of the massage chair I was lying in… without asking/telling me.. I felt uncomfortable and stressed but tried ti make the best of it.

Not professional. Nail paint was coated one after another with layers and didn't dry properly at all.They did not allow to wait for the nail polish to dry. They kicked us out without letting us dry the nail paint. No fan for drying, either.

Got a shellac pedicure. Told the girl it was bumpy and not nice and she recommended I put cuticle oil on it.. Not impressed.
