TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Really helpful in informing my financial decisions and then helping execute them.

I pay so much fees for Td been banking with them since 2008And its dissappinting about all the services!!! Besides the higher interest fees than other banks.And you go to td atm terminals and theyre out of service.Thats why people should be using crypto. Banking system is corrupt.

Says it’s “open 24 hours” when it’s not even open at all! google and the TD website is incorrect, I wasted my time coming here.

There’s serious power tripping from the staff here. Tried to deposit a bank draft from my father as I was currently overdraft. He paid a bank draft fee to make sure it doesn’t get held up but the staff is saying they will be holding it for my protection. I asked what is wrong with my account as I would like it to be better. They said my account is perfect. Then I said, I don’t understand why they are holding the money. At the end, they conceded to deposit the bank draft without hold but only after I threaten to close my account. Terrible experience.

Edit: the branch and 24 hour ATM are now open.This location is not built yet. TD website indicates closed.

I couldn't explain how much this branch saved my butt today. The AM Branch manager was extremely knowledgeable in all the possibilities and solutions! I wasn't even a customer but needed help transferring in and transferring out a large sum of money for an important transaction. She and team calmed me down and walked me through all possible solutions to get it solved. I was able to work with the branch team to open a new account (Without appointment -> They were booked out but slipped me in to assist me) then helped me through the process! Truly above and beyond service. I was able to successfully get my money in the right place and everything worked out perfectly in the end!New branch but very knowledgeable people working there! They can help you find the right solution for everything! Thank you again!P.S: To all the previous reviews. There are 2 ATM's on site now. This branch was just being built when those reviews posted so I think its unfair they received 1 star for something that is out of the branch's hands. However for what its worth, 2 ATM's are on site and working!

If I could give a zero star I would for this branch. I have a fraud incident so they advised me to come to the bank personally and I did. A bank teller named LIAM wasn’t so pleasant to assist me during my visit. He asked a few questions that made me uncomfortable but given my fraud status I let it slide. It felt odd for a bank teller to take his phone out while I’m giving him my personal information though. It was so unprofessional! I have spoken with the supervisor about this matter but she rest assured that everything was being taken care of and the teller was just making sure it was my account smh. The next day I have checked my account and the charge was still on my account. I called the customer service and asked if she can see and fraud report on my account. She said there was none!These type of customer service are upsetting especially this is where I transact with. Please do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.

There is no atm there’s no bank. Save yourself some time. They’re still building it, idk why it’s on their website and google. Misinformation!!!!

Staff are unfamiliar with their own policies. Staff seemed reluctant to be of assistance and sent me away to call their customer service line for help with an estate account that was already setup.

I respect that this is a new branch and while the management may still be implementing protocols I found them to not be interested in serving the only remaining client in the teller service line but chose to send them away with their money while three staff stood behind the wickets chatting awaiting another customer to enter the branch for service???
