Cozy Cabins Wellness Resort

Our recent stay at Cozy Cabins was absolutely awesome! Like others reviewing, we have been coming for several years so were delighted when our annual trip this year was as great as ever under the ownership and management! They continue to invest in the quality of the cabins and infrastructure around the lake, and the personal experience with Earl and Candy (and their cats, goats and chickens!) was wonderful bonus for the kids. We look forward to many continued annual weeks at Cozy Cabins!

Thoroughly enjoyed our second annual autumn get away with the family. We took 3 cabins, creating a very private feel to enjoy the campfire, softball games and beautiful fall weather. The cabins are just the right amount of rustic and the addition of the wood burning hot tubs and sauna add a unique touch of nature to relaxing. We all enjoyed milking the goat meeting the chickens, hiking around the lake. We are already looking forward to coming again next year.

Our stay in the moose cabin was amazing. It was rustic, cozy, and comfy. The boys loved the loft sleeping quarters and the beds downstairs were super comfortable.We had great weather so we enjoyed the walk around the lake, the row boat, fishing, and playing in the sandbox. Without good weather the cabin had a few games but otherwise come equipt with things to keep the kiddos entertained.Overall, a great visit. We will be back!

Fantastic cabin resort with the perfect amount of disconnectedness from daily distractions. The cabin (Beaver) was cozy and perfect for a family. We enjoyed the separate dining table and sitting area and took advantage of the large covered porch. The beds were very comfortable. Our time here was very relaxing with wood fired sauna and hot tubs. The property host helped us with any needs we had during our stay including fresh eggs from the coop.

The location is great for a a restful and quiet time, yet there’s lots to keep busy with and enjoy nature time- lots of walks and hikes, sitting by the fire/roasting marshmallows and disconnecting from the noise of the city.Dave and Jen are wonderful people and have great costumer service.We hope to be back in the summer time.-

Cozy Cabins is an AMAZING place! Beautiful, rustic cabins nestled perfectly in a fairy tale-like setting. We stayed in the Deer cabin which is the oldest and most picturesque. It's like going back in time while still having basic modern amenities. Earl and Candi are awesome hosts, very friendly, and have a wealth of knowledge of the area, wildlife hikes etc.. We made good use of the complementary kayaks and row boats which the small, private lake is perfect for! Our whole family loved it and we are looking forward to making Cozy Cabins an annual getaway.

Just spent the weekend in Cougar cabin and it was AMAZING!! Well stocked, clean, private hot tub -all on a beautiful property with amazing hosts. Well worth the money!! We cant wait to go back!

We had a fantastic stay at Cozy Cabins. The property is beautiful and Candy and Earl were absolutely amazing. The walk to Echo Lake each morning was a nice wake up with a coffee in hand, there are a few nice hikes close to the property and the simple day to day of hanging out at the lake, BBQ and games like hide and seek and kickball made for a great stay. The added bonus (thank you CandyEarl) of milking the goats and visiting the chickens in the morning was an unexpected treat that our 9 year old son loved!!

We just got back from a week at cozy cabins. From the very first moment of driving up and into the beautiful landscaped yard with quaint buildings and (chickens and goats) to the end of the week, waiving goodbye to new made friends and lasting memories, cozy cabins is everything and more that you’ve read in all the 5 star reviews here! As we sat around the lake, a gentleman came down the road as he had been close to 40 YEARS AGO with his little daughter at the time. He couldn’t believe the magic still existed and had to snap some pics for her. And to hear that his daughter still talks about it…we all shook our heads with wonder at the thought that our own kids will talk about these permanent memories, 40 years down the road. Cozy Cabins is safe, magical and unique. You won’t find any other place like it…just ask the guests who visit around the lake and campfire for hours ( visiting like long time friends) and return year after year. This is the place they chose to come back to…Out of all the options out there. It doesn’t get old, it becomes your own little paradise. And thank you to the owners Dave and Jenn and their kids and to Earl and Candi. You complete the ambience by excelling as hosts! See you again Cozy Cabins. My kids can’t wait to catch baby toads next year!

What a little oasis snuggled in beautiful mountains! Such a lovely, relaxed time with the two young kids. This place is highly recommended especially for families!! The cabins feel like home away from home, you are provided with everything you might need. The owners do an amazing job to provide a place where one can unwind, unplug and reconnect with nature. Tons of wildlife to enjoy! Grab a paddle board or kayak and feel the stress be released as you explore the serene lake. Trust me - you won’t regret it!!
