Requested a functionality check of our 5th wheel as it had been idle for two years.Apparently the A/C was verified as in working order.Upon first use this past HOT weekend the fans would not turn.Had to call a mobile RV tech to identify and fix. Birds nests and bee hives prevented the turning.Lucky we didn't burn it up and set the trailer on fire.No compensation offered.No apology except for my frustration that it wasn't checked properly.We have zero confidence in their tech department and customer service that anything else was properly executed.Cash and grab 2 k.Buyer bewareGo elsewhere !!!!

We recently purchased a Grand Design 5th Wheel from Outdoor Travel. The staff here from reception to orientation where friendly and helpful making this a great experience. Can't wait to get camping.

We recently purchased a used Roadtrek Zion from the dealership. We are very pleased with the unit but were extremely disappointed in the delivery experience. We were told we would be given a detailed review of the features and systems in the unit. It was obvious the young man who was assigned this task knew nothing of the specific features. He told us the bed did not fold down into a king size bed when it did.He also suggested that the front seats did not rotate. We insisted that they did and he asked for help from 2 other employees one of which came into the unit eating a banana. None were able to turn the seat. My husband was able to figure it out.There was a piece of window trim missing from one of the windows which we later found in the opposite window well.The most upsetting issue was that shortly after leaving the dealership the fuel indicator light came on. The gas tank was empty.In addition my husband noted that the coolant was below minimum level.In all of our previous vehicle purchases fluids were topped off and a full tank of gas was provided.It is hard to believe this is the normal protocol for the delivery of a RV and we can only hope that we were the unfortunate beneficiary of this rare substandard service.Greg and Maria Young

We custom ordered a top of the line Grand Design 5th Wheel with a six figure price tag from Outdoor Travel and with in 2 weeks had a list of repairs as long as my arm. We are full-time RV’ers so we understand that RV’s have issues. However, our trailer had only travelled 20 mins from the dealer and was parked. We paid nearly $900 for a pre delivery inspection and based on many of the repairs I completed myself in the first couple weeks, I have no idea what they actually inspected.At first I wasn’t overly concerned with the issues other than being annoyed about paying for a PDI that I don’t believe happened. Then my grey tank began leaking. Upon further inspection it had been leaking all along and just didn’t show any signs of leaking until the insulation in the underbelly had become completely saturated. While trying to diagnose the source of my leak I also found that my central vac unit was damaged.My dealings with Outdoor Travel’s service and warranty department have been abysmal. I don’t think I’ve ever dealt with a company with worse communication. It was so bad I had to reach out directly to the manufacturer who suggested I find another dealer or a mobile tech to complete my warranty work.The icing on the cake is that Outdoor Travels communication was so poor, my issues did not get dealt with before I left the country for the winter so now their terrible customer service is going to impact my spring travel plans because I still have to get my trailer repaired before I can resume RV life.EDIT:So I finally did take my trailer to Outdoor Travel and they spent 4 days diagnosing my tank issue only to conclude that my trailer did in fact need a new grey tank. However, they returned my brand new trailer back to me with scratches to my full-body paint job. The trailer has clearly been backed into something. Which they have not taken responsibility for..... I have added photos of the damage.Needless to say my trailer will never be back to Outdoor Travel again, I am currently sitting in Elkhart, IN waiting for Grand Design to complete the necessary repairs to my unit. If you're looking for a Grand Design then I suggest you find a different dealer.

Great people to deal with. We traded our camper for a new one and the experience was terrific. From the sales people to service and office staff everybody was pleasant and great to deal with. Bill reinstalled and adjusted our sway bars and even installed a new ball on the hitch as we required a bigger one. Good inventory as well.

Pam was a great help and what a great facility. Pricing was really competitive and Pam gave us top dollar on our trade. There is also a huge indoor showroom so you can get up close and personal with the products!One really important thing to note about Outdoor Travel is the investment in the facility. Being a RVer for 20+ years you realize that your purchase is only the first step in your journey and Outdoor Travel has a massive modern facility with more service bays than most other RV Dealers in Ontario. Your rolling palace is going to need service, it is just the nature of being in the wilderness and enjoying the camping (or glamping) lifestyle.If you are looking at Grand Design, or a Keystone Product whichwe were, look really closely at the Reviews people post about Service of their dealers. It is worth the drive to find a dealer that will properly service your trailer and look after any warranty concerns. Outdoor Travel has the capabilities and the facilities to look after your investment and the people here are great!

We bought our first Motorhome at Outdoor Travel 2 weeks ago. Jeff was just amazing. His knowledge and how he explained things made us very comfortable to purchase it. If you are a first-time buyer or you want to trade yours in, that's definitely the place to go. We want to thank especially Jeff and also the rest of the crew who did everything they could to make us feel understood and also guided us through the training on how to use the motorhome.Dave and Sonja

We purchased a Grand Design Imagine recently and we’re very impressed with the all of the staff at Outdoor Travel. The customer service offered is exceptional. We were given an orientation of our trailer before leaving by Andrew who did an excellent job of explaining everything about our trailer. We will definitely recommend Outdoor Travel to anyone we know looking for a trailer.
