We've had the opposite experience with these guys. We use the product for site load data procurement. Leaving them on site for a week to a few months. As with any wifi device, there are frustrations with dropping signals, but the products have been reliable, the service has been prompt, and we've bought again and again to build our fleet inventory.

Avoid this company and save yourself the headache. Terrible customer service, as well as no regard for the customer. Stuck with half a working unit and Blueline is unwilling to send me the other half unless I purchase it. Why do I meed to buy it when it is part of an energy saving program through my electricity supplier? Never again would I deal with this organization again.

Do not buy Blue Line Innovations Residential Products- Customer Support is weak at best, they provides a toll free phone number that tells you to submit an email with your concern- it is impossible to speak to a live agent. Once you are outside of warranty they do not provide parts e.g. sensor unit- they tell you purchase a new unit- I have the Unit provided through my local utility as an incentive to save Hydro and hopefully $- it lasted about 2 years and now they want me to purchase a replacement because they do not provide replacement parts- no $ savings hereBeware of inferior products and poor customer support.
