Niagara Falls X-Ray and Ultrasound - Valence Medical Imaging

Very pleasant staff. Obtained an appointment within a week unlike GNMI who told me no appointments until 2024. With several GNMIs in the Niagara region plus the hospital ultrasounds I found this totally unacceptable. No one should be told to wait 7 months. The care in the Niagara region is a disgrace. I will definitely return to Niagara Falls X-ray and ultrasound if the need arises.

This was my first time at this clinic for an ultrasound. I was very pleasantly surprised. The clinic was very clean. The receptionist was very helpful, I could make an appointment in a few days. All the specialists were helpful and took care of me. This will definitely be my go to clinic. I suggest people to go there.

Very professional and polite staff. The processes are well managed by all the staff members. Never faced a challenge with any of my scheduled appointment. Annie did my ultrasound and she was awesome, made me feel very comfortable. They also call you a day before to remind you of your scheduled appointment. Overall nice experience.

Everything was quite good until a technician forced my left leg past a 90 degree bend. The pain was excruciating - 4 hours later the leg and knee are still throbbing and swollen. I am not tall and the place where he wanted to bend my leg was well beyond a 90 degree bend - on a knee that is already very painful and swollen. I have filed a complaint with the clinic.

I had a very bad experience with an ultrasound. The person who greeted me and directed me was very unpleasant.I would not recommend this clinic for that type of examination.

The staff at this facility is wonderful. They were beyond accommodating and helpful. The technicians are friendly and efficient. Would recommend to anyone in need of imaging.

First off I want to start by saying the reception and the ultrasound ladies were very polite and helpful, BUT my experience here due to the Xray Tech named Madan was uncomfortable. Madan came out into the waiting room and called for my name, which he pronounced wrong (which is okay it happens all the time). But when I corrected him politely he said QUOTE it really doesn't matter". I was shocked by this rude response and told him that it does matter

What a great place! Everyone was so friendly and efficient! Extremely clean and all the safety precautions for us were amazing! Even the gowns were rolled up in change rooms! It was like going to a spa! I loved the grab bar beside the ultra sound bed and the metal stairway with hand rails to the xray table. Everyone went above and beyond. Very fast! I was in and out in less than a half hr :)

I have been bringing my uncle for his X-ray and BMD tests almost for 6 years. I get excellent service at this clinic. Tech his name is Madan is very good and very efficient. We are just in and out most of the time. Thanks everyone for great service..

Update:The manager Called me the day after and she apologized for what happened from her staff and scheduled me an appointment on the same day. Murat the ultrasound tech was very respectful and professional.Horrible place and very rude staff I wish if there is 0 stars to give them.They called me to reschedule my appointment for ultrasound from 3:20 to 4:40 and I said ok no problem. Called me again two day before my appointment and I confirmed I’m going. They called me 40 minutes before my appointment asking me if I’m on the way and I have to go now. I told her my appointment is still 4:40 she said I have to go now. And kept calling me while I’m driving asking if I’m coming and I say yes. I arrived exactly 4:40 on my appointment time. Then after she took my requisition and health card she came back telling that I have to reschedule because I’m late. It looks like the tech wanted to go home early that day that is why they rushed me to go early from the start. So rude and she gave me my requisition saying if you want to go to another place.
