Is practicing no safe COVID19 measures. whenever I got picked up there were two other people in the car. And they were coughing and there was zero social distancing. The cab was dirty, no sanitizing. I prefer Vicents taxi but they were closed. I am not impressed.

I met co owner younger wanting to keep up with times so it'll be interesting to see what's coming. It's the only one 24h but when it's busy there are no extra cars or driver's so wait times can be long but there honest about how long cars are getting better some were getting old and not fixed if it could drive. Also it is Renfrew I just think before these high rise condos get filled if things aren't ready were not going to be ready and transit won't exist.

got a taxi and buddy wanted to get paid cash after i already e transfered the company didnt get the drivers name but he obviously just wanted to make some money on the side, one of your drivers needs to be fired

I highly recomend using this service as they are very kind, caring, and do their best to get you where you needed on time. To those who write nasty comments need to realize when there is bad weather or it is busy you need to call sooner. There is nothing they can do to control the weather or how busy it gets, I have been a loyal costomer to this service for years as has the rest of my family. You don't need to get to know them like we do but i can promise you they are nice to talk to! =)

When I was on wsib years ago they drove me two and from all my appointments.Even when their was a mix up with wsib forgetting to call for my appointment Glen, Kadam or mom as I called her" would be right on time. Great people great company."

The staff are professional and make you feel comfortable. they are always on time. I use brads taxi often and the drivers have learned my name and always ask me how my day is, I appreciate that they engage in appropriate professional conversation. Of all the taxi services in Renfrew I will always highly recommend brads taxi
