Gave my nice Bagjack backpack and wallet pouch a new lease on life by replacing the zippers. Can't even tell there was a repair ... highly recommend. They did a good job.

I was so sad when my cat ripped a hole in the first arcteryx jacket I’ve ever purchased. It was my favorite jacket and they literally don’t manufacture the same model anymore so I couldn’t replace it even if I wanted. So, I went on the arcteryx customer service page and pleaded with them to repair my jacket. They were quick to respond and told me they couldn’t mend the jacket, but they recommended me to contact Renewt so I sent them an email. The Renewt representative who responded was really helpful and gave me a surprisingly inexpensive quote on the repair. I was able to send in the jacket immediately and they notified me they were shipping it back and it had been fixed within a few weeks. I honestly couldn’t be more satisfied with this service!

Emily is a doll, very nice and helpful! Very good service from this company and a job well done on ski pants hem which is never easy. Highly recommend this company when you have problem sewing to be done.

The team at Renewt did a great job shortenning my ski pants while kept it waterproof with new seam tapes, the communication is easy and clear, they showed me past work pictures at beginning with quote, after finish, they sent me pictures with the right length fabric removed, payment is also made online with digital email invoice. Turnaround time is amazing, the work is done within a week, highly recommend!

Couldn't take in the back of my jacket because Making such alterations is often more difficult and time consuming than constructing the jacket from scratch" despite the person running their instagram telling me this would be fine depending on how much I would want it taken in and to come into their store for an estimate. This is a simple thin black parka doesn't have to look pretty just cut a bit out the back and sew back together. I don't need the size reduced much just take in a little at the back. Unprofessional the technician on the website telling me they can't do it when the person running their instagram says it's no problem."

So glad I found Renewt. Vince is great - very communicative, professional and knows his stuff. They were able to fix the tear in my waterproof Frank and Oak technical parka with a virtually invisible patch. Very impressed. Fair pricing and good turnaround time despite it being the busy season. Would recommend to anybody.

These guys are amazing. I sent them a well used, well loved Armada Goretex coat to have the main zipper replaced. Their process was very thoughtful and thorough. The repaired product was perfect and came back to me quite quickly and at a very reasonable price. So glad I can keep wearing my favourite backcountry jacket - thanks Renewt. Renewt is the best! The person who responded to my email inquiry was knowledgeable, honest, and easy to understand. When I eventually took my garment in to be repaired, the gentleman who worked there was extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend Renewt!
