Honestly, the best place to take your car for any repair or service. Hung is extremely knowledgable and a professional at what he does. And Rina always greets you with a smile on her face with a friendly service. Have taken a few of my cars in for repairs now and it always comes out just like when I first bought them. Got my vehicle scratch fixed at this auto body repair from a claim. I am very happy with the result as my fender looks like it’s new again. But main reason for 5 stars is because Hung and Rina were very accommodating and made sure I got the most out of my benefit claim. Aside to that, Props to Rina for being an awesome lady! Whenever I was confused and had concerns, Rina answered all my questions in a very polite, patient and professional manner. A rare auto body shop that cares about customer needs and providing the best service they could. Highly recommended the Pender AutoBody team.

Exceptional service and quality of work. I have had numerous experiences with other body shops and they do not even come close to this location. I am a very detailed oriented person and it was so good to be recieved by someone that appreciates that and followed through accordingly. I can see why dealerships send their cars to these guys. Top notch work all the way. Hung was a pleasure to deal with and you can see why this place gets the highest rating around. Awesome experience at Pender Auto Body with my Mazda cx-5. Very thorough and detail oriented, every interaction I had was warm, friendly and professional. Their loaner cars are in excellent condition and well maintained. Loaded with safety features as well. Every time estimate I was given was accurate; from ordering parts, to completing the job. My car looks brand new! I was very impressed with the quality of work. The next time I require body work to one of my vehicles, I will only go to Pender Auto Body Ltd. I honestly can't recommend them enough.

Long overdue post - back in August 2022, after doing a lot of research online, I came to Pender Auto to make an ICBC claim to repair (replace) a damaged door.Turns out that Pender Auto is incredibly popular and I found out about this when I showed up at the shop without making an appointment. Hung and Rina informed me that they will need to book me in for a proper and thorough inspection before they begin. Even though I didn’t make an appointment, Hung was patiently explaining their procedure and how he would go about the repair to me on the spot. I felt that they valued my business and was nice enough to explain the whole claiming process to a first timer.I came back roughly a week later and dropped off the car for Hung’s inspection. It took roughly 1.5 hours and Hung was quite diligent about it.After about 2 weeks, I returned to drop off my car and to get the loaner car. Whole process was very easy and I was happy driving a pretty new Honda civic. The repair took little over a week and in general, I felt that their staff were nice, patient and friendly.The repair was done very professionally and I’m happy with Hung and his team’s work. I would definitely recommend Pender Auto for anyone looking for auto repairs.

They cancelled my appoint after giving me 1.5 hours time to get back to them. The texted me at 3:45 and it said text by end do day today. Which is 6pm. I used up one of my paid time off to make this appointment just for them to drop me with almost no warning.DO NOT USE THEM!
